Two press conferences down, two home runs. Sony's pre-Tokyo Game Show media briefing was never going to better its fantastical E3 2015 offering, but with decent pacing and a lot of content, it was another strong showing from the Japanese giant. Sure, the presser lacked a knock-out finish β the ten or so minutes spent talking about PlayStation Now and other platform initiatives took the edge off proceedings just a touch β but titles like Gravity Rush 2, Yakuza: Kiwami, and Toukiden 2 more than made up for things.
Don't worry if you missed the livestream, though, because we've compiled all of the headlines from the event below. We've also embedded the conference in its entirety, so you can sit back and enjoy all of the announcements as they happened. And be sure to check back throughout the week for more news, trailers, and footage from the Tokyo Game Show β we reckon that it's going to be a big one.

Phew!
I'm actually looking forward to World Of Final Fantasy, depending on how it turns out...I actually liked the Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles series. Really glad that Hot Shots Golf is finally getting a release date window!
@get2sammyb Do you think we'll ever see a new Grandia title? Also, do you know what the price of Morpheous will be in the US?
@JLPick You're probably best off asking @ShogunRok about Grandia - not really my area of expertise. I will say, though, that if Shenmue III can happen, then anything can happen.
As for Project Morpheus β or PlayStation VR, as we now need to call it β I think that's the million dollar question. I can't see it being cheap to be honest, but I think it's going to struggle if it's expensive.
What a showing! There were definitely a couple of conspicuous absences, but the rest made up for it pretty comfortably, and there's still plenty of time for more to be shown over the next few days
I can't wait for Gravity Rush. Sony delivered just what I was hoping for. The remaster and a sequel.
@get2sammyb Phew?! When I finish work I am going have to post all this news at the I am at!
Am I right in thinking sony only bothers with vita at tgs, I can see why, but, wrong
I'm glad to see that Vita is still getting more fairly big games! Poor thing has been gathering dust for months.
It was awesome! I think you forgot to mention the new dual shock 4 controller colours coming, about it
Not been able to absorb it all yet but looks to be some cracking releases.
It's getting harder and harder to resist buying a PS4. Maybe sometime later this year.
Do you have to resist then?
Really nice pre-show lineup indeed, with Last Guardian and Persona 5 making huge splashes at the actual show, live for the world to behold. Mark my (not very unexpected) words
Well I have just checked for a second time - please tell me you have just forgotten to put a link about the Persona 5 announcement.
And Gravity Rush 2 will remain a Vita game for me - remote play. They can't force me to abandon the Vita.
i was expecting Level 5 announcement and Persona 5, but overall it was a very good conference
P.S what happend to Inferno Climber ?
I am happy for Vita, and some great announcements for ps4 too. Definitely sold on bloodborne dlc and this Nioh looks interesting.
But still, where is GT7?
@JLPick I would love another grandia game, hell even if they just remastered the original game I'd be happy
great presser!
But Japanese audience sure are conservative...
prefer the cheering of western audience.. XD
Some pretty nice reveals. Gravity Rush getting some love is a genuine but welcome surprise. KH and oddly enough, King of Fighters are probably the games I'm most interested in.
Soooo, no Gravity Rush 2 for Vita? Disappoint.
Yes! Everybody's Golf, i love that series.
Nice shot!
It was a really great show overall. Quick and snappy too so nothing lingered too long.
I will say that what the heck is going with Capcom? They really don't understand Resident Evil anymore do they?
Watch the language -Tasuki-
