As for limited selection, PS Access video has more titles namely A hat in Time...which I've just purchased so you all can thank me for that.

The PlayStation Access video covering the update I think reveals more than it should, with the description mentioning Killzone Liberation and Worms for PS1 for Premium/Deluxe

Don’t sound too excited Robert!! I’ll give FC6 a try. Been a while since I played a Far Cry game. Hopefully it isn’t terrible like FC5. Also will give Rogue Legacy 2 and Inscryption a try. Don’t imagine I’d care for them though. Especially Rogue Legacy 2 since I could never get passed the first boss in the first game.

Edit: That’s a HUGE update. Especially with titans like Peppa Pig. Pack it up Square and FFXVI. No point in even trying to compete.

Always up for a Far Cry, very happy about Inscryption but Rogue Legacy 2 is the highlight for me. Very pleased.

Hopefully with that wording they are hurriedly sorting out some other additions. It's a bit 'sad trombone' otherwise.

That said, Far Cry 6 is still a blast, a great summer game when you don't go in unrealistically expecting it to be the best game in the series, or whatever.

Cool, some games that are on my wishlist there. Whether I'll ever to actually get round to playing any of them is another matter.

I can recommend Inscryption. Great game and totally exceeded my expectations.

Nothing I’m too excited about. Though I have Far Cry 6 on my Series X but had to uninstall it for other newer games. It’s got cross platform progression so think I may download it on my PS5 and continue there. I’ll take that as a win.

I've already played it but Far Cry 6 was a solid return to form for the series. Probably the best since FC 3. If anyone likes those games and hasn't played it, it's a really solid entry, and that includes the DLC's for it as well. At least IMHO.....

Deus ex is an excellent quality game and tacomas short and worth a playthrough

I told you any 3rd party game debuted on gamepass eventually comes to PS plus. I will never buy any game like that. Now TMNT, waiting for the plague tale next. Can't believe people keep saying gp is of more value. In fact, based on the recent line up, PS plus extra is of much more value.

This just got even better. I’m definitely adding Talos Principle to my list.

Maybe ELEX 2 will finally receive some attention. Was in the shadow of Elden Ring, but now it could shine.

I know Sony want to drip feed older titles from the PSN to the top tier but it wouldn’t kill them to offer some big PS1 titles, would it?

They’re just porting over games you can buy on the PS3. They’re sat on Suikoden 1+2, FF1-9, MGS, WipEout, Motörhead, Castlevania, Alundra, Front Mission 3, Parasite Eve 2 and a pile of other games.

And we get Herc’s Adventures.

I'm excited for Killzone PSP! I thought Sony Bends PSP Resistance would have being released this Month.

PAW Patrol is another good one for me. My Daughter likes PAW Patrol and, while she hasn't shown interest in playing games yet. She does enjoy watching me play different Child Friendly Games for 20 mins even now and then.

She thinks the Dog Biscuits in Paw Patrol on a Roll were bourbons!

This is a very nice month, I really wanted more indies on the service and they are giving me that so I'm happy.

Just played Tacoma within the last couple weeks. It’s a great little space station walking sim, only takes 2 hrs max and well worth the time.

Oh hey, that Killzone PSP game will be fun to revisit! I had a blast with it back in the day! I have fond memories of playing it late at night in my grandparents' motor home

@CrispyMango92..I hated Far Cry 5 ...loved 6. Its so much better, a lot different

@RadioHedgeFund it seems like they're just screwing with us at this point. The number of big titles on PS1 and PS2 that they are just sitting on is getting ridiculous.

Nothing much for me this month, waiting for some more JRPG's to drop. Sakuna of Rice and Ruin was a great start, maybe something like the Diofield Chronicle would be nice!

Rogue Legacy 2 is a huuuge surprise there and I will get it day one!!! Loved the 1st, played ot for hours to end!!!

@KingPev I think FC5 had a better environment, story and characters, but FC6 made some good improvements to the gameplay. However, it was the the obnoxious and irritating rebel NPCs of FC6 that really turned me off of the game.

I would just echo the others on here to highly recommend Inscryption.

YES!!! I nearly pulled the trigger on FC6 a few times, but I was sure it was coming to Plus sooner or later. I'd rather it was on the essential tier, but this is fine.

i'm disappointed, there is nothing that catches my eye for extra this month, i brought a bunch of retail games this month so i'm good for a while at least

Vampire: The Masquerade - Coteries of New York is a strange visual novel that can be kinda fun if you really like the VtM setting but ending up with same result whatever options you chose. Haven't played Shadows of New York, hope they release that one too

TMNT, Inscryption and Redout 2 are all games I’ve been wanting to check out so very happy! Might get Paw Patrol for the kids too.

Strong lineup! Extra is definitely going toe to toe with GP. Inscryption was recommended on the playstation access podcast, so made up it is being added 👍

Good month overall.

Remember when we were told games would be at least 80 on metacritic. There's some considerably average content amongst some good uns.

Will for sure collect FarCry 6 and Elex II but no idea when i gonna play them... Diablo 4 is taking all my play time... 73 hours already and lvl 55

This is a great update, but personally, most of the games I'm interested I have already played on gamepass.

My problem is that a lot and I mean probably 75% of these games have been on GamePass at some point. And the others are games I would be interested in I already own.

Elex II is probably the main attraction for me and, honestly, not that attractive, lol.

No doubt that PlayStation Extra is adding a lot of good games but I have a feeling it’s going to continue to be like this a lot for me. Still appreciate a new game thrown into the mix even if it is an indie.

I want to get the Killzone Liberation platinum

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided is a great game but the 30FPS lock makes it really hard to play. At least on PS5 it's a very solid 30 with no drops at all, but all the same. Desperately needs a PS5 patch.

If you have a semi competent PC I'd massively recommend playing it there at 60FPS instead. It's a much better experience.

I just noticed it’s only 15 games added for Japan subscribers like me. I was looking forward to trying Tacoma but it’s not available. I feel like we miss out on a lot of interesting games
