Okay, we usually don't cover relatively vague tweets in news stories for obvious reasons, but we thought that this one was actually quite interesting. Marcin Momot, CD Projekt Red's community lead and always appreciated news source, has tweeted saying that The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt's second and final expansion, Blood and Wine, will boast "new features and changes".
Yes, we know that it's an absolute tease of a tweet, but it's still got us thinking. The game's first expansion, Hearts of Stone, played host to a rune word system that let you customise Geralt further. It wasn't a huge addition, but it was a useful one, and we imagine that similar systems will be incorporated with Blood and Wine - although we're guessing that they'll have a bigger impact on the game as a whole, given the increased size and scope of the content. Either way, we're looking forward to seeing what next year's expansion brings to the table, especially since we thought that Hearts of Stone was deserving of a 10/10 review score.
So, what would you like to see added to The Witcher 3? Are you excited for Geralt's final adventure? Slay some monsters in the comments section below.

I haven't even gotten around to Hearts of Stone... 😩
So am I to understand Hearts and Stone is perfect, flawless? Because 10/10 would suggest as much.
I would love a photo mode.
@WARDIE No game/DLC is perfect and/or flawless. A 10 just means that it's among the best that you can get.
But for what it's worth, I think that it's easily one of the best pieces of DLC I've ever played.
I'm gonna jump in the season pass when I've tried of Fallout 4 a bit but it probably won't be before Christmas
Is that photo on top of the page in game graphics or cut scene graphics b/c it's damn good looking. I don't need any videogame to look more photorealitisc than that.
This might have to be my first PS4 game. OK, first game not starring Nathan Drake. Or R&C as I'll want to get the remake out of the way. FFXV can wait though, kind of looks like XCX anyway. PS4 really should be selling well now, past present and future all locked up.
@rjejr Appears to be pre-rendered or CG. Definitely not in-game, but that's not to say The Witcher 3 is bad looking. In fact, it looks incredibly good.
@rjejr
The Witcher 3 is a massive open-world game, keep that in mind when you come to play the game. Because the graphics are truly stunning & the detail is unbelievable for an open-world game of its size.
I really looking forwards to the last DLC, the only problem I have is when to play it with the other new games I am amounting.
Man I hope Santa has bundled witcher into his sack or I'm setting traps for the reindeers and holding them hostage.
@ShogunRok @banacheck After I made that comment I looked thru the other pics attached to the article and they weren't that good, but they were still really good. I think the picture sucked me in b/c it reminded me of this, and while I try not to be a Sony nor a Nintendo fanboy, I am a Tolkien fanboy.
@rjejr Hey, that's not a bad comparison!
@ShogunRok If you guys know anybody who still needs this - though I'm probably the only one here still w/o a PS4 - it's available in the US on Newegg for $24.95 for the next 2 days.
