PS4 PlayStation Plus

Woah Dave!, the frustratingly punctuated arcade title from Choice Provisions, will be free for PlayStation Plus subscribers in April – even though it's not officially part of the Instant Game Collection lineup. SCEA's Nick Suttner confirmed the snippet on the latest edition of the PlayStation Blogcast, stating that it will be free to download from Tuesday in North America.

"Either if you got it free on PlayStation Plus before [when the cross-buy game was made available for the PlayStation Vita], or [when it releases on 31st March], it's free for Plus members," he said. "It's not an official Plus game, but it is free for Plus members." In other words, if you missed this eggcellent gem at first attempt, you've got another shot.

The full roster of official freebies for April will be announced next week, ahead of a rollout on 7th April in North America and 8th April in Europe. We already know that Dishonored will be part of the offering on the PlayStation 3, but Sony's being secretive about the rest of the lineup. What would you like added to your download list?
