any easy platformer/side-scrolling games ? demo better yet; thanks

Little Big Planet 3 is fun, totally safe for kids and relatively easy, especially at first.
Unravel is also relatively easy and as a bonus it'll melt your heart

Nah, because Rayman Origins/Legends can be very hard. There are also a lot of puzzle platformers out there.

Easy (you can't die), lots of fun collecting and exploration, some very tough non-essential puzzles, simple story on the face of it but lots of hidden depth (aliens, lost ancestors, evolution, etc), great graphics, pixel perfect attention to detail, music, sound, atmosphere... Best game ever? Maybe

Demo available. (Or there was, can't seem to see it now. Get it anyway!)

Played Fez on the vita. Great game, shame there is no plat . I wouldn't call it easy though, some of the puzzles are very cryptic.

@Mega-Gazz: Yeah would have liked a platinum but meh, no biggy.

It's pretty easy to get 32 cubes but the 32 anti-cubes are a lot tougher. You could easily get the 32 normal cubes and see the credits and be satisfied, though.

Are you only looking at games on PS systems? (I know this is a PS fansite, but you're asking in the general discussion forum, so I want to be sure)

if you can tell us what consoles you own we can do a better job of recommending games. Like, if you own a Wii U, then Super Mario 3d World or Freedom Planet. on PS4, I would recommend Shantae. If you have a PS3 I would say Castlevania Symphony of the Night (which is also on Xbox One).

@qmuddy2: Rogue Legacy is my favourite. Although its tough.
