I could very well imagine Robert Downey Jr. as Lafayette but other than that. Blank mind. Any ideas?

Michelle Dockery from Downton Abbey would make a decent Isi I reckon. Slightly different time period, but I reckon she could do the role:

The Lord Chancellor voice just makes me think of Michael Gambon, so he could play him.

If you read my original post, it's basicly what I said. I'm not thinking it should be made into a movie, I was perfectly happy with the great game it was/is, but since almost everything gets turned into a movie I was just wondering!
