@JamieO fair enough but I think it is hard to knock it for a lack innovation when it is a remaster and a very good one at that, captures the spirit of the original and enhances it big time, which is exactly what a remaster should be. Two games in one as well basically with sequels tracks included. Karts handle brilliantly in my opinion as well which was my main worry, a great alternative to Mario Kart.

this game reminds me of the early days of 3d gaming, where developers seemed to have a lot more creative freedom and fun, yes it's a bit clunky as the creators get to grips with this whole new world and we will have to wait for the masterpieces but the creativity is exciting just like it was back then!

Enjoying this a lot so far just playing some of the levels people have created. The fun in this is that it is like a indie developers playground, lots of short game experiences that are fun to play through. Once full games are made it will be amazing. If you are expecting some great 3D level design straight off the bat then you are off your rocker!

@Octane haha yes just a few so far all costing next to nothing! God of War, Wipeout, kingdom hearts the story so far, ni no kuni 2, persona 5, little big planet 3, ratchet and clank, tearaway, digimon story, journey and jak and daxter. Will get DQXI and Spider-Man when price drops a bit as got plenty to get on with. Any recommendation for me? I like Nintendo and Rareware single players style games as you can probably tell from the list! I also have Spyro Trilogy on Xbone.
