I have just upgraded to a ps5 because of the no games being released on playstation+ for PS4 users anymore. Although I still own my PS4 and I now only use it to stream movies etc.... my whole gaming library is now on ps5.... I had my PS4 for 7years with out ta glitch and still going strong, I have to say though after spending best part of £500 on. A ps5 for the above reasons I am slightly annoyed to hear they bringing games out for ps4 until 2027. But I am also on the side of good on them the PS4 imo is the goat of gaming consoles. As I just mentioned my ps5 cost me £489 and took me a while to save up for it so affordability for moving generations is not easy. What I find hard to comprehend is the fact that there are still millions of PS4 users out there that are now having to wait 2 years for there next release I actually think Sony have let down PS4 users in there decision to take PS4 off the playstation + catalogue.... The console is quite obviously still relevant to today's market, okay don't give AAA games but I can offer a couple classics or remasters for PS4 users... As things stand I certainly felt forced into upgrading to ps5 and many others will do too.
That being said I am glad I got my ps5 finally I couldn't go back to the long loading times and slow FPS.. but if I hadn't bought the ps5 I would still be perfectly happy on pre gen
