Just finished 1st Chapter last night and its by far my fave remake of any game to date. Im even more excited for 2nd Chapter and Sky SC is my joint fave game of all time alongside Final Fantasy VI.

Im enjoying Silent Hill F but for me it's nowhere near the same level as TitS 1st Chapter....

Ahhh well, still haven't finished Daybreak 2 so gives me plenty time to finish that.

Im playing it on PC, only have the main story to go through and shivering isle for the rest of the achievements and so far, the only real bugs ive had are the general crashing when opening doors (which has been the main bugs through all TES games as well as Fallout 3 & 4).

@ATaco yeah im gonna probs do same, need to cancel my reoccurring billing at the moment as not touching anything online really at present since I built a new PC recently and got 3 games to play through on there which im hoping to get all finished by the end of the year....my issue is, they are all lengthly RPGs. Will just do the Black Friday route on PS for Plus Extra provided they have a good offer this year.

@LuXifer fantastic choice! I got absolutely obsessed with the whole Trails series. Started with Cold Steel but then went back to play Trails in the Sky and went in order. Loved every second of it.

@Randinator123 I signed up to gamepass but not for COD (its not a game that would make me sign up to anything as I just find its utter *****). It was Hellblade 2 I signed up for (subbed for a month for 6quid then blasted through that), and it was worth it, fantastic game. Now that im playing through Metaphor ReFantazio on Steam (then Another 2 games after that) im holding off on GP resub until im done with all of those. If Persona 3 Reload is still there by time im done I might resub for that.

As much as Dragon Age is 1 of my fave series, im still unsure on this one. What is the point in having a massive skill tree but you can essentially only equip 3 skills + an ultimate skill at any 1 time? As a mage you want at least double that minimum. I know they were saying you need to be more tactical and set skills for whatever enemies you are coming up against...but how the hell do you know what weaknesses enemies you are to come up against without actually fighting them first?!

Secondly they have totally butchered the Qunari, they used to look so cool but in this they look like Megamind with a tumor! Its like Bioware are still trying to figure out their art style etc....which shouldnt be a case 4 games in!

£830 for the pro, stand + disc drive, pretty sure if you shop around you can build a slightly better PC for around the same price? I feel if it was like £200 cheaper it wouldnt have been as bad.

Meh, goog idea but if I wanted to play PS1 style games I would just play on my PS1. Especially announcing the PS Pro then showing this.....makes no sense.

Love the look of this, not something I would play on VR though, then again, nothing I wanna play ever would be through VR as its *****.

I thought the Xbox showcase and the Summer Games Fest were abysmal. Summer Games Fest only had 2 games I have any interest in, Xbox had 1 (Dragon Age) but even that trailer was a huge disappointment.

@PepperMintRex its mostlyba single player game so you will be fine, the online play is optional

MS embargo tactics deffo dont work for me, I see if this way, if it gets a PS5 or Switch release then I will buy it. If not then I will pirate it on PC. Simples!

@HeeHo I have a PC so if it doesnt come to PS5 (it more than likely will) or Switch then I will play it on PC. If it comes to Gamepass then I could essentially play it for £1 over 1 month. But I would deffo prefer buying a physical copy for the PS5.

Besides TES games upto Oblivion and Fallout 3, theres not really any other Bethesda game I actually like....suppose Skyrim is ok but was a massive let down for me. So the Bethesda lineup for this Month I have zero interest in. I am considering dropping back down to just standard tier when my premium sub ends as I realised I dont like renting games on a subscription service. I prefer buying a game I wanna play so the likes of PS Plus Extra/Premium & Gamepass are just a waste of cash for me.

So why is Phil Spencer crying about these 'pointless' perks? He never complained when Xbox used to get exclusive perks to games in the 360 v PS3 days, or was it different when its MS?!

I mean I dont play COD myself but it would be interesting to know why he says one thing but cries about it at the same time.

@Judal27 I mean 35 hours for the main story is quite long, especially compared to previous FF games. Even IX you could make it to disk 4 in under 12 hours.

@thefourfoldroot1 Im with you here, QTE seem to be in place of general little cut scenes which like you, sometimes switch off as a lot of games these days (especially GOW Ragnarok) I feel have way too many cut scenes and due to that there is less input. QTE help me keep my focus a lot more and interest so for me these are a welcome addition.

What a waste of time and resources, Rocksteady seem to have peaked with Arkham City as they have gone downwards since. Have devs not took note from the failings of the likes of Avengers and Babylons Fall? They could have done a single player (with possible co-op options) game but instead create this pure w***

I was hoping State of Play would have given us a date for Granblue Fantasy Relink and/or announced a demo for Final Fantasy XVI but instead gave us this *****. At least Baldurs Gate 3 was a good surprise and Tchia looks fun.

It looks amazing. The combat looks much better than it did from older videos (and I felt it looked good then). I am really hyped for this and have not lost any hype from when it was first announced. Just hoping we get a release date asap as its my main game this year alongside Trails into Reverie and Final Fantasy XVI.

For me it all depends on the game, of its online, a beat em up, fps or racing then I feel those should be 60fps without question. However games like turn based rpgs/jrpgs, single player story driven games, point and click, sim games such as rollercoaster tycoon etc I feel are fine with 30fps.

As much as the selection is canny crap, I feel that we have already had our moneys worth of good games. I do wish they offered way more JRPGs though than they do.

@BearsEatBeets I must be one of those '5' people and one of the ones who dont actually want it as I hate GTA games haha.

Also, have you noticed when these sales are on its always the same damn games?!?!?!? Theres never really any variety at all each sale, same s*** each time.
