Got Stellar Blade this Thursday, put so far 12 hours and can say that it is my personal game of the year. Love all that it offers, great combat, superb characters and atmosphere and the OST is one of the best I heard in gaming (had to download it on Apple Music right away). hope to finish it in 2-3 weeks (going for the platinum).

Just got Fate Samurai Remnant for 27€ and Stellar Blade for 34€ physical on a local shop, cannot image what can make me spend more but lets see.

Tried it during the weekend, it was interesting.
Pros:

• 6v6
• Good characters with nice designs
• huge variability
• it runs acceptable on my potato laptop (was very surprised by that)
  Cons:
• 3rd person view (understandable but still feels off)
• a bit more of the same compared to ow
• gameplay feels a bit worse than ow1

Once i update my pc i will try it again, looking forward to it.

Finished Doki Doki this week so started yesterday Banner of the Maid, quite good srpg so far.

Seems like positive reviews on Steam, will try it later although I believe my current PC will not be able to run it. Hope itll be good, spend too much time on OW and I would live a good OW clone.

@rjejr as somebody who is playing on PC, PS and Nintendo for a couple of decades already I can tell you that is the best way if you can afford it.

if Sony finds a way how to play our physical games collection on this handheld, I will totally buy it. my backlog is already at 100 games +- so this could be great (of course with an acceptable battery life).

have a switch, will buy the successor. have a psp and a vita, would love to have a new PS handheld that at least could play PS4 games, if it could play ps5 games on a reduces resolution and/or details that would be a day one for me. but no streaming.

Was it confirmed if this will be a 5vs5 or 6vs6 (or other config). Was a huge fan of OW but the transition to 5vs5 (and other stuff) killed it for me.
Also, was it confirmed if there will be classes like tank, dps and support?

I was saving money for the pro, but 920€ with the disc drive was a stop for me. Good for the people that will get it, but that money is half of my budget for my next gaming PC.

Ghostwire was at least twice for free in the Epic store, maybe I will try it in the future. While I loved Death Note (at least the first half), cant get with the idea of an Among Us type of game. The third game is irrelevant for me.

Finished the platinum for the main game and got many trophies for one DLC, this one looks good but I got a bit tired at the end. In addition, there is a big lag on the end-game (and specially on endless mode) while playing on the PS4. I will get the DLC later, with the other DLCs I am missing.

progressing season 6 of Diablo IV, hoping to finish the journey in two weeks max.

To be honest the spiritborn is the less interesting part of the DLC. It reminds me too much of D3 monk, ny least favorite class. I am on lvl60 paragon 40, like the changes so far. I will also finish this season (finished all season’s journey so far), just hope they will add more classes (faster) in the future (paladin, witch doctor my first picks).

was pushing to finish the platinum for vampire survivors and got it ahead of the next week release of the 1st Diablo 4 DLC. I will finish the remaining trophies for the expansion of Survivors I bought today and tomorrow and start Doki Doki Literature Club.

I am playing this on PC since I am “old school” (played D1 on release). Always wondered how are the controls on a game pad. Good to know that more and more games will be enhanced for the Pro. Wanted to buy one on launch, the price was too high for me but good for everybody that is buying one.

Huge fans of Musou games (currently playing warriors orochi 4), can’t wait to play this one. It finally looks next gen and hopefully it’ll run fine on the base console.
Pirate Warriors 5 when btw?

Man I loved OW, played it since beta until 5 days before the OW2 patch. If only they didnt completely change the game, monetized on such a scale the skins, and actually fulfilled their promises with the PvE part… I would still be playing it (and I am on the side of people that enjoy these type of collaborations).

Horizon and Days Gone remasters, Fairgames and Marathon gameplay trailers maybe, coupled with 3rd party games. Unless Sony has some big surprise (doubt), this might not be interesting at all (hope to be wrong)

i downloaded the iOS version of Vampire Survivors to try it, it was fun so i bought the game and a DLS last Wednesday... and I have been playing that every free time since then; fun and addicting game.

I know that people are disappointed by the sale so far but hear me out: there is a (looks like big) group of people that just don’t like platform games. I have these kind of people in my circle, and the all have PS5 and play Sony studios games. They are just uninterested in patformers. In ny case I will get the game but not now, price is higher and I have a large backlog. I get that ASTROBOT is a fantastic game, but it is still a platformer and are people that just don’t like that type of games. It’s understandable.

I also play in performance mode if available. However I really dont like this approach on commercializing the PS5Pro. Prior to the announcement of the PS5 there were talks about how this console will bring 4k 60fps gaming (since the PS4Pro brought 4k 30fps). Now, a few years into the generation, we are being told that the PS5Pro might close the gap between performance and fidelity (still not 100% confirmation of 4k 60fps). I dont really like the wording used during the presentation yesterday...

Sorry, 799€ without a blu-ray is just too much. Wanted to buy it but the price is too high for a home console.

I will get it on a later time, I just relocated to another country and I need to save some money. the physical copy is for 68€ so it is a bit much atm for me (considering the huge backlog of games I have).

@Marquez i hope it does not. What Concord was as a whole is the child of the Studio and the Studio alone. And the gamers feedback was pretty clear: they voted with their wallets.
The studio decided on the genre, on the characters, visual, “storytelling”, etc. and failed. Thank you, it was enough.

my PS+ essential subscription run out a month ago. didn't get any offer during the days of play, so I was wondering: is there any chance/store/way to get the subscription with any kind of discount? anybody knows by any chance?
on topic: i am still kinda new to baseball (been a Red Sox fan for two years), but this is a good month for me (also a Harry Potter fan so looking forward for quidditch).

in times where classic jrpgs are going the action way and dropping turn-based combat, it is a nice surprise to have this kind of game. looks really good so far, looking forward for more info.

while it was a pleasant surprise, I got all three games on Steam and actually wanted to start the first one this weekend. I dont think I have the patience to wait for a couple of years until all three remakes are released (and I have all cold steel games also ready and waiting).
That being said, I might get those remakes on PS in a later date.

hogwarts legacy at 22,49€ is a great price. wanted to get it physicall, but havent seen it below 32€ in my country (ps5 edition at least). I think I will pick at least this one.

played overwatch since release until a week before "ow2" patch. Had a look at this during the beta, for me it look like an OW from wish, with characters that are not for me.
had a look at the steam charts, looks really bad, will be interesting to see when this game move to F2P.

while I am not playing it, a close friend is (on PC) and for him it is a 9/10 game. I will get it eventually, i went through the Steam reviews (more in line with my "taste" than "professional" reviews) and the overwhelming positive is quite convincing (read about 50 reviews).

I might be one of the "few" that still plays D4 every season (at least according to a vocal minority stating that this game is "insert_random_word"). I am looking forward for the expansion. While I was expecting a different class (paladin/crusader) and the new class looks a bit too much to the monk from D3 (my least favorite class), the companions addition looks good, the new story looks also good (enjoyed Mephisto during the main campain) and the itemization right now is in a very good state (could be better, we will see).
