I just can't get over the memory cards. Not the price, although that's a pain, but the size. Even at the largest size I would fill it up within a year. So at the moment they represent an on-going expense. And an expensive one at that.
Managing memory on the Wii was one of the most annoying things about the system (and I LOVE the Wii). It made the Wii seem out of date. Why has Sony done this to their cutting edge new handheld?
I preferred the first game. The occasional arenas broke things up a bit and allowed the player to handle situations in a more free-form way. This one felt like one long corridor. Very pretty though.
For some reason I was under the impression his was going to be FPS. Which I always thought was weird. I'm much more interested now that I see its 3rd person, but it really does seem a little unexciting. Maybe its just a rubbish advert?
I just noticed that the little flag next to my name shows China, but that's only because I'm in Shanghai. I wonder if that will change when I go home to South Africa?
The Wii is my favourite console of all time. I just love it. I bought a Move but just did not love it. It didn't have much fun with the games, I hated the styling of the characters in all of the demos, and most importatnly the pointer functionality of the Wiimote just wasn't there. Maybe I was doing it wrong? I took the Move back for store credit. Sigh
