Yeah.. i fail to see the issue with this. People are mad that a free to play game has microtransactions in a beta? If this wasn't EA no one would bat an eye.

I don't really see the issue with this practice. Once again, gamers are being the most entitled bunch of babies on the internet. It's not just the early access people are paying for. It's the other extras. Early access is just an additional bonus. Most of y'all are just looking for something to bitch about lol.

@CWill97 If you're already buying it day one then I wouldn't bother. I haven't watched a trailer since it was first announced lol.

@gomersoul Yeah, I agree. To be fair to them though I think an offline has always been on the roadmap. They just had bigger issues to fix first to make the game actually fun lol. Hopefully this convinces more people to play it because the driving actually feels good.

@PuppetMaster I really hope they re-evaluate how they look at Viewtiful Joe and God Hand. I'll never understand that out of all of Clover Studios games they only care about Okami, which is the least deserving in my opinion.

Also, Clock Tower isn't owned by Capcom. That decision isn't entirely up to them. Sun Corporation owns it.

@cmdrmarc Nah, it's primarily to update the Blu-ray encryption keys. Usually, Blu-ray players get these keys from newer disks, but it seems the PS3 doesn't.

Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 was the best game of the month, easily. The only thing that came close was Monster Hunter Wilds, but given it's performance issues I don't think it deserves game of the month.

I was excited for this until I saw there wasn't a platinum trophy.

Sorry We're Closed is an excellent game. Every horror game fan should have it on their radar. Really excited to see it get a release on PS5. Thankfully, it has a platinum.

@KundaliniRising333 No they didn't. The potential buyers are mostly the same. The only people who really care are the ones on internet forums that complain about everything.

Anyone surprised by the $60 price tag must have their head buried in the sand. Sea of Thieves is a 7 year old game and they charge $40 for it. This is one of their flagship franchises, of course they're charging full price. Anyone who thought it'd be any different should have their head checked out.

No one actually cares about this lol. If the nemesis system was some major new gameplay mechanic then we would've seen several games implement a similar system. But they haven't. Not because the patent.. because the patent actually has nothing to do with the mechanic itself. But because it really isn't that good of a mechanic to deal with.

@Nem No it hasn't lol. Shattered Memories is a reimagining of 1 that changes several things. It's not reflective of the first one in really any way. The first one deserves an actual remake like 2.

Clunky and convoluted menus? Oh yeah, I'm so in. I can't wait for this.

I'm glad people enjoy this and are excited, but this is one of the most overrated games I've ever played. I enjoyed my time with it, but I really don't understand the love people on social media have with it. It's a perfectly fine game, but it's very pretentious and it's fans are mostly obnoxious teenagers that think the game is "deep" because it deals with slightly mature themes and is overloaded with hidden messages.

This is the worst review I've ever seen. It's impossible to not change up your tactics while playing on hard. Did you even play the game? I doubt it.

NG2 has many flaws.. the combat isn't one of them. If you did actually play it, which I doubt, you must think it's shallow because of a major skill issue. If PushSquare is going to continue letting reviewers with massive skill issues review games and give them bad scores, I'm going to find somewhere else. This place is getting to be as bad as IGN.

This is also the same dude that said Concord was good. It's obvious he has no idea what he's talking about. This dude should find a different profession. There's no way you can give System Shock Remake and NG2 6's while saying Concord is good and expect your terrible opinions to be taken seriously.

@Psofo The word genocide has actual meaning, but these kids have been so brainwashed through TikTok or Twitter they don't know what it means. They just repeat what people with a bunch of likes say. You also bring up a really great point. We use footage of WW2 where millions of people were killed, but if you use a footage where a few tens of thousands were killed it's ghoulish? I wonder why that is.. judging from some people in these comments using words like genocide and ethnic cleansing incorrectly it seems like it's to push some sort of narrative.

@Nexozi Astro Bot didn't sell 1.5 million copies in November.. it sold 1.5 million copies by November. That's terrible for a first party game no matter the size.

It's a shame they had to announce it so early. At what point is there so much hype and excitement that no matter how good the game is it doesn't live up to it? I feel like they're getting close..

@Nexozi How many single player games have failed? Way more fail than succeed. You're just hating live service because you've been told to without any sort of critical thinking about it. Even a moderately successful one makes way more than a single player game. They can't rely on big budget single player games because the profit margin isn't large enough to be worth it. It's really not that hard to understand. Sure, they could make smaller scale games like Astro Bot, but those have a small profit margin too. If they even sell.. which Astro Bot really didn't.

@Nexozi The biggest games on PSN are live service. They have to make them. Something has to actually make money because the single player games sure don't. If Playstation wants to survive and make games that people who only care about production value like, then they need some live service hits.

Of course they need to pursue live service. Anyone who knows anything about games knows that. The people clutching their pearls and saying live service isn't worth it have no idea what they're talking about. Live service is the future, most of you people in these comments need to stop living in the past.

Nah, the Yakuza dubs are always awesome and very well done. I will continue to use the dub and always will. It's really not that serious and people that think it is need to go outside lol.

@Kraven The trophies are the same as the PS3 version.. so it won't be too bad. You have to beat the game on hard mode, but with the newly added NG+ that shouldn't be an issue. I'd probably say a 3-4/10

Of course it is. Does he think he's Nostradamus or something? Multiplayer games have always been more popular than single-player games. Now that a lot of them are free and there's not as big of a barrier to entry, it's easy to see that they're the future. It's going to make some old people without vision mad, but the world doesn't revolve around them. I don't play live service titles and I have no interest to start, but I'm self aware enough to know that I'm in the minority.

Why is not having MvC 3 a negative? MvC 3 already has a PS4 version.. it doesn't need to be in the collection.

8 is the GOAT and there's nothing anyone can say to change my mind. The only problem with 8 is that it was released right after the vastly overrated game known as Final Fantasy 7.

I'll play it when they add an offline mode. Until then, I'm out.

Hopefully they aren't multiplayer. I can't wait for these asymmetrical multiplayer games based off existing franchises to die. Leave the multiplayer to Dead by Daylight.

Super excited for this. I've never had any issues with LRG so it doesn't bother like it seemingly does others.

I've reached the point with soulslikes that I don't even play them anymore. Just like roguelikes and metroidvanias. They're just so saturated and generic now.

@tangyzesty I don't think it's fair to say people who spend their money differently than you do are idiots. Not everyone has the same amount of money. I spent the extra $30 to play it early and I didn't think twice about. It's just $30 lol.

You can say you don't like the looks of it, or you don't like other things like it.. but it's disingenuous and disrespectful to say you don't like something you haven't tried. You can do all the mental gymnastics you want, but without trying it you don't really know.
