With the sad layoffs and closures we’ve seen from studios lately he could snap up some really great talent atm and really make something great.

If we have learned anything from marathons release, it’s that if you’re going to make live service games it’s not a good idea to forget about how your solo experience lands as many have clearly gone in solo.

Yes it’s a fun game, it’s hard, even harder in solos, but I can’t forgive bungie for not thinking about how their big end game map really needs a pre-made squad to complete rather than randoms fill or solo. “Oh we hear and you and are looking at options” to me sounds like “ we didn’t care about solos whilst we had all this time to develop a game and now we scramble to fix”

For that I’d give them an 7/10 for the game.

I get that Cryo has some mad loot that could break the game if they had it open 24.7 (apparently)

I respect them trying something new, i don't like them not respecting different types of players and availablity to play their game.

The solo experience sucks, which is a shame. The casuals I was paired with weren’t on comms, didn’t want to cooperate and when running it solo all I thought was I wish they’d considered this as not everyone has a pre made squad. At least arc has the solo option. That said, I’m sure marathon will find its place and audience… but honestly feels like it would be better as a br than an extraction shooter

Expecting a Spider-Man3 tease, news on intergalactic would be good too. Wolverine likely going to be there.

This game makes me miss proper old school demos.
Its interesting...but i just don't know if that hacking shooting mechanic is for me. And i'm not spending $70 to find out.

For a while i thought i wanted a part 3, but after a recent replay, i think having it as a two parter is just perfect. I worry a 3rd part would ruin the others

The trailer peaked my interest, but i'm going to need to see a little more gameplay before i decide if it's something I'm going to get.

This weeks episode was fantastic in my opinion. We've diverted a little from the format of the games to fit the medium that will tie it all up nicely for new audiences and fans willing to look past a few niggles and re-jigs

Ellie in the hallway at the end had me SCREAMING at my TV. Bella Killed It. Although I would of liked the whole 'I could leave you here to turn or kill you now thing' but get that the shows trying to convey just how focused Ellie is on revenge.

Can't wait for next week which looks like a mostly flashback episode which if you ask me makes more sense for the context of the show to do it this way, than pepper Daddy Pedro through the season like the games

It's ID Tech, which is usually pretty good, shame they seem to of had a couple of issues, but likely they'll patch that right up and we'll be good

Rockstar know that this game is going to be massive on consoles and then even more so on pc once the RP community get their hands on it. 30fps is a bummer, but starfield on xbox was 30 and actually wasn't too shabby to play.

However, if pro doesn't have a 60fps mode i'll be shocked

They are both two different beasts. The game, is hands down phenomenal but the TV show is phenomenal in its own right. I loved the reveals in the theatre at the end, the whole train section was nightmare fuel.

I agree TV station didn't hit as hard as it should, but i don't think it's down to the change in characters and locations, but moreso how they're trying to build up the story of the war between seraphites and wlfs in the show the world for non game playing folks. Either way, Dina and Ellie's story is just as good in the show as it was in the game

Never played oblivion, but might be worth checking out depending on price

Played this on PC when it came out and one thing i noticed was the massive grin i had on my face everytime i played. I just FELT like Indiana. Don't let the slightly easy stealth mechanic put you off, the story is worth it. By the time the credits rolled and i heard the iconic theme i was in love with the game

Who knew being a first person fan was such a sin these days. Third person games also have a place in gaming, but we should just let the devs cook what they're cooking rather than saying 'oh its a dead game, devs don't know what they're doing' - grow up, get educated and make your own freekin game then if it bugs you so much

Wish they would move away from AMD and RNDA and switch to an Nvidia solution. I know it'd drive the price up so that's why they won't but if the switch 2 does run on nvidia chips it will hopefully pave the way for some more beautiful handheld devices capable of dlss for even better framerates

It's great to see soo many single player games out there. But sales doesn't always equate to quality. I played Hogwarts and found it a bit poor if i'm honest, but there's soo many potter fans out there that it was never not going to do well in sales.

Some of the work the FiveM team did was class in GTA 5. I can only imagine what's coming to the base game of 6 and let's face it, lots of people will want RP servers baked into it for console. I don't think it'll happen, but it's hopeful when the pc version drops RP will be available early on

@Terra_Custodes It will be if you play now. The game is solid. 'mind blowing' might be setting your own expectations a little too high... but jump into night city, you'll have a blast

As a day 1 player, the expansion really cemented the redemption arc. It was brilliant and I want another one (i know we're not getting one) but hopefully everything CDPR learned from the experience means Witcher 4 and Cyberpunk 2 will be sensational.

Also getting the tram system as a final bonus was much appreciated

It's like when i'm told 'You were asking for it' because i wore a dress that was a bit short. That's not addressing the root cause which is peoples mentality to leave folks alone and let them be.

Hope they add 4d, and water effects that come out my tv and smoke effects and maybe even smell-o-vision.... that would really make a game pop

Have they said it's multiplayer only? Or is it Co-Op for a campaign? If there's not single player component imma be so upset as the past two games have been brilliant single player games

I'm happy they didn't go for the 'lets just be a live service company' option. Too many live service games being released these days that then die months later. At least single player games stick around

What will be excruciating however, is dealing with some of the fanbase, who will pour over every screenshot. Some will shout 'woke' 'dead game' and others will make 30 youtube videos for every screenshot, BIG NEWS ROCKSTAR CONFIRMS... CLOUDS!!!

I had a great time with the game. For a beta test I didn't have many major issues, but the lack of rebinding controls was a nightmare!

I saw someone else say the TTK was too high, but i prefer a slightly longer ttk in games. Agreed, flamethrower is broken
