@Kirk Ah, I never played SNES on Wii U so am unsure how that feels. I began noticing the input lag on "Tekken Tag Tournament 2: Special Wii U Edition" and fortunately figure what was happening quickly.
@Kirk Hey Kirk I had this issue in the first few months of Wii U owning. I figured it out and it was not the console or controllers to blame: My Samsung TV was digitally processing the HDMI input for smoother image, I had to change it to "Game mode" so it would just bypass the signal. I have zero input lag ever since.
One of these days @get2sammyb I will make a believer out of you. Not with this current generation of wrestling games, mind. We will have to go dig deep in the past.
@LieutenantFatman The Commodore Amiga was responsible for getting me hooked on chiptunes. I did do a lot of Mods but they were more noise then melody back then. Its because of people like Tim Wright and Chris Huelsbeck to name a few that I always wanted to get into video game music. All these decades later and I'm living the dream.
@DerMeister Thanks, glad you're enjoying. And please do try out any entry in the series, even the earlier titles remain rather fresh in my very biased opinion.
@adf86 No, thank you! I feel humble for how many people a donating ate least 1€ for the download! Did not expect to get anything at all, much appreciated. There are tons more music to discover over here, I've been at this for 16 years now, always free to download.
@Munkyknuts Not on this one, that was on "WipEout XL" // "WipEout 2097". this one had almost everything from CoLD SToRAGE (Tim Wright) plus 3 "guest artist tracks" by Leftfield (Afro Left), The Chemical Brothers (Chemical Beats) and Orbital (Petrol).
Everything I ever hoped in a video game where both "F-Zero" and "Super Mario Kart" where crossed with futuristic, electronic music. Hard to master and unforgiving unlike video games of today. One of the biggest single responsible causes for my music making hobby and one I make sure to acknowledge every chance I can.
The naval bits where me favourite part of ACIII, I'm glad Ubisoft agrees. And 4 pistols! You can never have too many of those since they only fire once and then take ages to reload. Finnaly "Sid Meyer's Pirates" on steroids!
Indeed, reminds of the Wii's "Call of Duty" games where you would get no information, pics, videos, anything at all previous to release. And no reviews before the game hit the shelves, either. (btw, they were very impressive and competent efforts by Treyarch and offered a similar experience on lesser hardware).
I have never prestige at anything in the previous COD entries. I think it's a fake way to prolong the game life. I simply do not have that amount of free time to grind in a single game. But I'm glad that Treyarch just keeps improving on each of their entries in the franchise.
Really looking forward to this, I love MW3 but I think it was a step back in the franchise. The original Black Ops is my favourite of the entire series with good reason (that amazing multiplayer money reward system), looking forward to go back to the virtual battle field.
@Slapshot I was not aware of that, I shall do my best to check that album out! Preety good stuff the remixes of Ur-Quan Masters, I didn't have all of their albums, fixing that right now. As for Nova don't worry, my 34th birthday is coming up, so at least you're not old alone. Glad you enjoyed the album.
@KALofKRYPTON I never played "Lair" and I do know about the bad management (there are still a LOT to tell about that one...) but it was the same with Free Radical going under after "Haze": Companies that invest everything in big budget projects and just forget what it was that made them special in the first place. What a terrible monster this industry has become nowadays...
This is the saddest news in the industry I read in a long time, I can't believe Psygnosis is really gone now. Huge part of my childhood as I am sure anyone who ever owned a Commodore Amiga will tell you the same. My next album release is a special edition of my original 2008 "The Wipeout Legacy", It will now have a sadder tone. I will be dedicating it to everyone at the studio.
The loading times are kinda distracting but definitely the first game id pick up if I buy a Vita. Make sure you grab my tribute album/custom ost "The WipE'ouT'' Legacy HD" to use on this!
Also, thumbs down to Studio Liverpool for not putting CoLD SToRAGE in the soundtrack.

Enjoy everyone, there are as many memories of me playing "Wipeout" along the years as the time I spend making these tunes.
