Fantastic review, clearly defining the games highs and lows. If I was reviewing it subjectively then I would give it a 7 but for me personally it's a 9. I haven't been so enthralled by a game for a long time, especially when I am first entering a new planets atmosphere and wondering what strange fauna there will be and how lucrative the mining opportunities will be. I find sentinel and space combat a chore but everything else has drawn me further and further into this wonderful universe. I still have my first ship as I can't bear to part with over a million of my hard-earned but I'll have to shortly as I haven't found any lying about. It took me far too long to figure out how to add slots for my suit, but I got there eventually. The game has also crashed on me 12 times now but saving happens frequently so it's ok. A fantastic achievement for a small development team. Bravo!
I'm in Singapore but counting down the sleeps until I can get home, download the update and play. Haven't looked forward to a game this much for quite a while, to me this looks like it could be pretty unique and just a bit special, guess we'll see soon...
Something with a reasonably small file size. I live in regional Australia at the moment and only have 15Gig a month download limit, these regular game updates make me cry!
I have resisted watching any of the game clips but my willpower deserted me with this one and I nearly choked on my berrocca! This, to me, looks like a fantastic almalgomation of many gaming genres and quite unlike anything currently sitting on my gaming shelf. I hope to have The Witcher done and dusted by then and I'll be ready to create my own story with this one.
I was and still am annoyed.
I simply asked politely why someone felt that they had been treated like dirt. My question was removed with a warning that I shouldn't repost a removed post. I didn't.
I asked the question, noticed a poor autocorrect and changed it within a minute or two. I am a polite, middle-aged man with a lifelong interest in games ever since I received a 48k spectrum with atic atac and jetpac.
The post that I felt was too extreme and I was simply questioning remains, but my polite question was removed without any explanation whatsoever.
I have enjoyed pushsquare and have always trusted their reviews and enjoyed the educated and polite debate, with a range of mostly well-educated viewpoints.
Thanks again.
I am genuinely baffled by people's attitudes. I will be buying this as its a great game, I don't own an Xbox so how long it's been out on that system and the Xbox game price is irrelevant to me. I'm not the least bit interested in any perceived or actual politics concerning exclusivity deals. The world is a scary place at the moment with very serious issues and I certainly don't count gaming amongst them. I view gaming as enjoyment and escapism and this is obviously a very good game so I will buy it at launch.
Just finished Resident evil 5 and have now just started the two Witcher expansions, clearing up a few games to get ready for No Mans Sky. I really have a feeling that No Mans Sky could be something a bit special...
Dead island! I know, I know but I'm quite enjoying it. I also completed Homefront recently and enjoyed that too! I must be easily pleased I suppose. Also on book 2 of the 7 book dark tower series as they begin production in the film. @Rapid really feel for you mate
It could mean a more expensive console or it could not...I play games to escape from this kind of thing, would have been better for push square to have sidestepped the current brexit arguments and focus purely on games in my opinion.

Re: Here's 30 Minutes of Skyrim - Special Edition Gameplay on PS4
Really looking forward to this, missed it last time as I took a 3 year hiatus from gaming.

Won't comment again. Cheers.
