Its ubi for crying out loud, none of their games are worth buying anymore. They are just as bad as Playstation and Xbox studios who will buy up everything if they dont go under from being woke or pumping out unfinished jumbled pieces of a game a few hundred people worked on one piece and its all over the place. And their biggest problem is a bloated workforce when making a game only to cut the staff later that mattered the most. Instead on downtime they keep all the radical leftys and hire their friends. And then they all bounce from one company to the next when the P/L meetings hit and they are in the red on a game they spent way too much on that nobody wanted or asked for. And oh course most of them arent customers and they dont care if it fails or there is product to buy, they all got overpaid.
Keywords are key here, nobody is going to buy it at full price if they already have it. Most said ok a 10 buck upgrade bc they know at this point the thing is going to be the same as TLoU in sales. But still the majority of gamers who played it arent going to even give the 10 bucks to upgrade it. So, you can twist it around all you want with 70 bucks bad, 10 buck upgrade ok. Thats just common sense with us all, something the devs and media seems to be clueless and waging war against us customers. Is a few yrs old game a good ideal to remake or remaster, and the answer is the same thing. Not buying it.Playstation said it was to give new devs a chance to create without the new game stress. And it was all devs that wasnt green at all. And this is just another cash grab bc they dont have anything new to make, this will be them 10 yrs from now stuck on the same franchises like Ubisoft.
@B_Lindz Yep Nintendo learned its lesson and it was Japan Playstation that showed them give the customers what they want when they want it and you will go to the top. So, nintendo had a rough patch. But Xbox has always been liberal and the games they make just wasnt good. But Playstation studios kicked a bunch in the PS3 gen bc they were costing the brand its good name on bad decisions. Now some how Japan let the West do it once again and here we are with the samething going on and I dont think they will recover from all of this even cleaning house with all of Jim Ryans crew. Jim is gone now but his ways live on and his crew is worse than he was on ideals, and none of these people are really gamers and thats the bad thing when you whole studio is liberal activists with a handful of good devs ready to explode over the extra workloads.

Well, remasters are great when they are for games of the past that everyone wants or fills a niche group willing to buy it. Like how Nintendo is handling it, and Nintendo once got like this too when it thought it couldnt be dethroned. But now it engages with its customers. Playstation and Xbox think its too much trouble, and they treat you in reverse like your the company and them the customer. Playstation was great under the Japanese but under US or Euro leadership thats way too liberal it thinks it can do no wrong or they want it to tank. They are only hurting themselves in the long run even if this is a very costly training when they could be remastering something older that we cant get on modern consoles or cost a fortune on a resell site. But like their PS plus sub, especially the classic,they have only released about 5 games everyone wanted and the rest have been ones we got with PS3 store, and on the old plus. And that lets you know the people in charge are out of touch and not gamers. I know a ton of game artists and devs that hate games and gamers working at these companies bc of the money, and not the passion of the players, but just a high paid art gig with all the perks they demand. Its a wonder that anything gets made today. But Xbox while not dead, its a shell of what all these game companies were. Playstation is dead, and its slowly carrying on with what brought them down. Astrobot and this throwback look to the OG is the highlight of its swansong.
Thankfully I am no longer subbed and feel happy saving my money for using it in the used market and on Nintendo direct. Sony and Microsoft are just hooking folks along.

Which we had so it was nothing special there, so really the only thing thats changed is that the price increased this crazy amount for nothing. So they figured they would throw in a few movies from their lineup to justify it. But they have all the ones who still sub going well I dont have any of these games that were marked as low as 5.99 on their storefront which is crazy because PS charges more than anyone, and they say at least these are better than most of the yr.
Eric Lempel says you should be deleighted that this price increase will help bring quality games and a huge library of loved classics to Plus. Its never been better. Time Sony kicks all of these out of touch with the consumer CEO's. I have nothing against them or even Jim Ryan as a person, and they may have all did a great job in their previous roles, but none of them current on the US/Euro side is right for the job.
I dont know where people say value, because I picked everything up in a physical copy for less than the premium sub on everything they offered on Extra and Essential this yr. And its really the premuim that would be worth it if they actually put anything on there but the handful that they already had on the PS3 store, and most likely why they wanted to shut down the only support that the vita even has bc they wanted it all on sub. But they have pulled just about everything off that they put on premium so far. But on a previous comment, I mention we just got the same old same old from Plus and Now rolled into one for 3x's the cash. They have had a few sucesses here and there but not much this yr, and now they want more with nothing said about why. But good news Jim is stepping out, but they may not still get a real gamer CEO in there though.
Its a super month for Rpg and action games for sure. One of the best months in a long time but the premium is lacking. And if this was what Sony was about like it was during the PS and PS2 cycle we wouldnt have lost so many to Nintendo. Which I bet had more viewers on their showcase over Sony. But we are kind of a broken community and its a bunch of Xbox shooter looters always being vocal and hating on PS but never game on the console hardly, they really just want it to fail. I dont know why because it would hurt the game market but Im guessing they just not really happy with their selection either so come here to fake gripe.
Well at least they are trying a little bit, sea of stars makes it worth it this time around. But premium just isnt worth getting for the few good ps2 games they have added, and hardly one or two ps1 games, seems like Japan gets alot better than what we do. Still dont like the North American side ran by non gamers from all kinds of other businesses being clueless, running this side in the ground. It will probably be ps6 before another AAA title for the ps5 comes out, over all the bs crap of online multiplayer. Yeah, Im sure they will sell that many Sony makes pretty great systems, and the 5 is the best running but the PS4 pro is all around better than the 5 except the sometimes faster load times. Everytime they do something you just have to say dont expect anything good or get your hopes up, a new low everytime under Jim Ryan, and Herman and some they hired like Nike girl dont know anything about the gamers. And playstation plus premium is basically just game trials, nice but where are all the great ps1, ps2, and psp games classics have been mainly just what was already on Now and the PS3 and Vita storefront they made harder to buy from for your older systems we still use when the backlog of new games falls off. Or they make it fall off with crap or more multiplayer live service stuff that needs tons of players, getting five people together takes a while, let alone waiting for over 20, and then burning up your bandwith for the month. Playstation lost its roots, its basically an Xbox wannabe, thats not Xbox because I cant stand microsoft. But might have to just go pc and steam at some point if they dont figure it out this generation.
They pretty had only indies at the showcase. They didn't really show anything from them besides the live service shooters. And some VR that will lose support about as bad as a streaming only handheld, which the only plus you wont have to worry with games, just have to have a super internet connection and keep your system at home running 24/7 while mobile gaming, fire hazard, more wear and tear on your PS5, power outage could knock out your plans to game while away, and a tablet battery to boot, so it dies as fast as a PS5 controller. But the best thing they showed was Spiderman 2 as long as they dont kill off Pete like the woke company did to Joel.
Your paying 60 plus to rent a game on digital, you own the game if its on a disk, unless its an online game, then once again your on their time and dime and own nothing. Digital uses up just as many resources destroying the world, and cuts thousands of jobs in the process. Pros and cons to it all, but if you push for digital you might have to buy it more than once or lose it forever.
Ok so the demo for the short burst it was and not all that great of a way to show off the game was 30gb by its self. But the full game which is suppose to be open world and alot of material to cover from the media and Square, its 87gb, something isn't right there.
I was looking forward to it, but the demo and trailers are meh. Im glad to see Square trying new things and bring back its old IP's but this looks to be a Herizon type clone without a fleshed out environments and story. And the talking the braclet and character do, lord, better hope some thug women buy the heck out of this, because no young man or men in general are going to want to play with the sound on. What was that square game that flopped last yr with fall in its name, this is 2.0 unspoken.
@UltimateOtaku91 I won't buy anything digital if I can help it. You don't really own anything like that and if they shut it down you lose access to those games. I learned with myspace and yahoo back a long time ago. Lost a bunch of pictures that were digital and music and movies I bought. Then Amazon, Vudu, and Sony shut down some on my libraries when streaming started taking over. And in the time that I stopped doing digital I always hear of something shutting down or copyright laws keep it from being used.

@nomither6 I agree there I remember in the 80's they had this big mike tyson punch out vr set up and it was fun but you wouldn't want a rig like that in your house even though graphics have come a long way. Wearing the headset on my psvr its a headache, eyes start crossing, the motion controllers don't always move and pan the right way. And just a small library and they all moved on and for the price its kind of a disapointment, and now the 2nd gen is already here and it will probably recieve the vita treatment too in yr or so. Its just hard to beat the good old tv. And once they can't get high sales the devs stop producing.
@jimbouk I agree I signed up for PS1,PS2, psp, vita and Ps3 games, but so far not much other than what they already had. And streaming sucks and uses all my monthly bandwith. And trails I already had just about everyone they put up that looked good preordered. Its nice but I was thinking they might put them up a little before release. But if they don't do something pretty soon Im probably dropping it because the mid teir I have almost all them games, and only downloaded a few out of 8 years of the 2 free a months ones.
@B-I-G-DEVIL I only know of 2 people out of 100 and something gamers that I talk to regularly who even own a xbox. Microsoft just wants to go streaming. I think everyone is fools for going digital your just letting have your money for renting something and it can go away at anytime. And most of microsofts big games now are online, so when the player base drops to where its costing them more to keep it up than what they are making off of it, well good bye game.
Useful for reminding you of releases coming up. but I hate buying digital, unless its only available that way. But Sony is way too expensive for digital games. 70 bucks plus tax for something you don't ever really own, or 70 or less for a disc that you own as long as you take care of that can be played or game copied if needed and worth a ton later if its something a collector or fan wants.
@doctommaso @thefourfoldroot1 I have a small fortune in physical games right now, last time I added everything up it came out to be pretty close to a million. If I could find a buyer, just going by resell prices listed on the web. And I really wish I would've kept boxes for a lot of things that are older. But I will never sell lol, my kids or grandkids will probably throw it all away when I pass, then some picker will come by and cash out and they will feel stupid calling it all old junk.
@Unlucky13 @Serpenterror I don't think thats true, I have a huge library of JRPG'S and RPG'S not of the western diablo template, or shooter like rpg. Its just with western management they pushed anything turn based away saying it was boring and not engaging. And sooner than later the kids of the 2000's only choice was live service games, and most are shooters. They are pretty much programmed that way now. But I have a younger cousin that was 2001, huge halo and destiny fan, he didn't like much more than something like that, then fell in with COD.One day he downloaded Final Fantasy remake, must have fell in love with the stories. So he gave the original a chance, something he would say looks crappy and sucky. That dude talked my head off about Final Fantasy and now has borrowed just about every old game and system I have. Now he talks about cronocross an wild arms and Legend of dragoon, legend of legaia and many more like hes an 80's or 90's kid. So I really think its just what gets put in front of you. I think theres tons of great new games but they pretty much all follow a cookie cutter design now. Because listening to my cousin talk, he becomes more attached to each character, and goes on and on about hidden secrets in all those games and how they don't take up no space, but feel so much bigger than Assasins Creed odessy and Horizon.
@NEStalgia @MasterVGuides So far Nintendo and steam are making bank with it. The two bigger players of the game market lost touch with gaming once they went head to head. Its all live service games, microtransactions, shooters and free for alls they want. Jim Ryan, Phil Spencer are out of touch with gaming really. If nobody has noticed they keep pumping out the same ip's over and over now, filling the big gap with cheap indies, and remakes and remasters. Most of the studios new devs are dry as bone on coming up with new and original work, and if they do come up with something that sticks, they then use it as a political soapbox to the point it ruins the story.
@acdramon Thats me too, I can't stream anything that is good, nothing floating my boat on classics that I can't play on my PS1, ps2 or ps3 except a few a can't get on ps3 and vita thats so rare that most good copies good from 300 up. I will say they have did good with trials with some titles, a few so far you didn't get enough gameplay to make a descision. So extra is about alright but just barely worth it, and more than likely you will be losing more good games than what gets put on the platform. Ending up just like Now, they need to find a gamer that likes every genre to help pick the titles they add, because I look at these staff picks every month and think who in the heck is picking these, some hermit old cat lady thats extremely feminist.
@themightyant Its not junk but most have all them games already on current consoles. What their meaning is ok we had all these other games on PS now, which some are grest, or they were able to buy them on PS4 already. What the players want are the things that are hard to get. I can pick up siphon filter and ape escape and sly cooper on my ps 1 and 2 pretty cheap and easy. Studios are going to beat Sony to the remakes, rrmasters and rereleases, way before they get a back catalog players want. Honestly I would want the original to play on any device besides a phone or tablet myself. But so far they just keep bringing things like I said, most already have, was on plus already, or just not worth wasting space on, or using you bandwith for. I could name 2k from their back library I would love to play again, but at the moment they cost a small fortune or you can only attempt to play on some crappy emulation.

Its easy degrees or knowing someone to get the job, not much work, high pay, and you get to sling your vision for the world on the masses. @twitchtvpat Studios always say they have a project going. They make up a demo of the ideal to get investors on board and hype up for preorders way before they even have a game going. They are a small team and do you really think they have time when their small team is kicking the can for ideals everyday for a few hrs and working on this graphical overhaul where they are taking every scene and tweaking the characters so much they show way more emotion than needed, you might as well just skip all that and just film actors to put in the scene. Would be faster and probably cheaper in the long run.

@Sakai I can't see why the fan boys are so hyped to play it. Same game looks a little better, nothing changed, only a part of a 40 dollar game originally. They probably own every copy plus the ps4 remaster. I could see if they added new content or secrets in it. Or even if they were trying to promote the tv series but at 70 or 80 bucks people should see that as a slap in the face. Because all they are working on is The Last of us as far as ip goes. Idk to me this is what western gaming is going to, so they can milk the remaster, mobile and microtransactions markets. Thats why Herman and big Jim keep talking up more multiplayer online ip's. From what I heard factions is all about being online, but Red dead online and many others are dead because theres already enough on the games they are playing already.
Me personally I don't really care if they are padding their trophies out because the game makes the difference in difficulty and all gamers know what hard and whats easy, if thats what they think is bragging rights, hey let them have it because its their money. But there are solutions to it but Sony is probably making a little money off them and it would hurt them to take away platinum on mini games and such because I don't think trophy farmers would buy them for bronze because it wouldn't bump the score up. And Im sure theres tons of families out there who would be upset if they quit making them because I know of several that are church going and like them because there is no violence and several for their toddlers. So in the game economy its always good to be diverse, because no matter what you do theres always going to be someone not happy or someone manipulating a system.
340 isn't a whole lot when it comes to classics. I say they are just adding what they had on the ps3 store to ps now thinking they did something great. wConsidering we already bought them digitally or own copies still for the original system. Not that I wouldn't love to have them all playable on the current console, Its I don't want to pay for what I aleady own again. Put the hard to find gems or cult classics on there. One collector told me he had figured the number at somewhere around 50 thousand titles that had a physical release so far up to the PlayStation and another 20 to 30 something thousand of digital only releases. So the numbers they are throwing out hoping to make another 10 dollars per month per sub but they are only getting you access to less than 1% of the total catalog. Prepare for disappointment because in the end they are doing nothing different than what they are doing now but they are charging more for access to it.
Everyone making connected and live service games are the problem, theres just way too many of them out there and you only have a certain amount of players in the world at one time that like social co op games to begin with. So you have a ton of Mmo's with millions invested with years in, they are most likely not going to give up their main game for train wrecks or studios making half backed rehashes of whats out there already with low population servers. If they would just stick to what they are already good at and made a single player game with co op possible it would've went down ten times better and not released it when 5 to 6 major titles are releasing. Poor pre sales is why they pushed back Forsaken and the market is flooded with female leads because everyone like trying to find a fortnite are trying to find an aloy. Its good Square is bringing back some older ips but if they wanted a game that would sale with a female lead put out a new Parasite eve or remaster the originals, don't waste time and resources on putting out another bad super hero game.

But they have pulled just about everything off that they put on premium so far. But on a previous comment, I mention we just got the same old same old from Plus and Now rolled into one for 3x's the cash. They have had a few sucesses here and there but not much this yr, and now they want more with nothing said about why. But good news Jim is stepping out, but they may not still get a real gamer CEO in there though.

Its a super month for Rpg and action games for sure. One of the best months in a long time but the premium is lacking. And if this was what Sony was about like it was during the PS and PS2 cycle we wouldnt have lost so many to Nintendo. Which I bet had more viewers on their showcase over Sony. But we are kind of a broken community and its a bunch of Xbox shooter looters always being vocal and hating on PS but never game on the console hardly, they really just want it to fail. I dont know why because it would hurt the game market but Im guessing they just not really happy with their selection either so come here to fake gripe.

Well at least they are trying a little bit, sea of stars makes it worth it this time around. But premium just isnt worth getting for the few good ps2 games they have added, and hardly one or two ps1 games, seems like Japan gets alot better than what we do. Still dont like the North American side ran by non gamers from all kinds of other businesses being clueless, running this side in the ground. It will probably be ps6 before another AAA title for the ps5 comes out, over all the bs crap of online multiplayer. Lol I dont know why I comment bc everytime I do I start getting angry for wasting my money over Sony wanting to be another xbox and fortnite station here.

@UltimateOtaku91 But they dont release the games like they used to, and now they have a majority of western studios and killed off the Japan studio. They have come and basically told the huge RPG base that made Sony what it is, ok go play the switch, we used to have a huge variety of generes now we just compete with Microsoft for the live service looter shooter and hack n slash that need player count high to be any fun and progress the game, which usually die off fast, unless its the new fortnight

@Green-Bandit God I hope mobile never takes over console, its one thing to play a trash mobile game on break at work or on a ride. But I dont want it to consume the market like live service with Jim and Herman has pushed out the Japan market that started gaming here on consoles.

And kind of ironic its from their falling out that made Playstation in the first place. And that Sony almost killed them off in every market, but now nintendo came roaring back with a lesser system that can do both, minus the sucky controllers. Yeah, Im sure they will sell that many Sony makes pretty great systems, and the 5 is the best running but the PS4 pro is all around better than the 5 except the sometimes faster load times. But they have to do something about Jim and Herman they are woke pushers and out of touch with the playstations base customers, and that showcase proved it. Everytime they do something you just have to say dont expect anything good or get your hopes up, a new low everytime under Jim Ryan, and Herman and some they hired like Nike girl dont know anything about the gamers. And playstation plus premium is basically just game trials, nice but where are all the great ps1, ps2, and psp games classics have been mainly just what was already on Now and the PS3 and Vita storefront they made harder to buy from for your older systems we still use when the backlog of new games falls off. Or they make it fall off with crap or more multiplayer live service stuff that needs tons of players, getting five people together takes a while, let alone waiting for over 20, and then burning up your bandwith for the month. Playstation lost its roots, its basically an Xbox wannabe, thats not Xbox because I cant stand microsoft. But might have to just go pc and steam at some point if they dont figure it out this generation.

They pretty had only indies at the showcase. They didn't really show anything from them besides the live service shooters. And some VR that will lose support about as bad as a streaming only handheld, which the only plus you wont have to worry with games, just have to have a super internet connection and keep your system at home running 24/7 while mobile gaming, fire hazard, more wear and tear on your PS5, power outage could knock out your plans to game while away, and a tablet battery to boot, so it dies as fast as a PS5 controller. But the best thing they showed was Spiderman 2 as long as they dont kill off Pete like the woke company did to Joel.

Your paying 60 plus to rent a game on digital, you own the game if its on a disk, unless its an online game, then once again your on their time and dime and own nothing. Digital uses up just as many resources destroying the world, and cuts thousands of jobs in the process. Pros and cons to it all, but if you push for digital you might have to buy it more than once or lose it forever.

Ok so the demo for the short burst it was and not all that great of a way to show off the game was 30gb by its self. But the full game which is suppose to be open world and alot of material to cover from the media and Square, its 87gb, something isn't right there.

I was looking forward to it, but the demo and trailers are meh. Im glad to see Square trying new things and bring back its old IP's but this looks to be a Herizon type clone without a fleshed out environments and story. And the talking the braclet and character do, lord, better hope some thug women buy the heck out of this, because no young man or men in general are going to want to play with the sound on. What was that square game that flopped last yr with fall in its name, this is 2.0 unspoken.

@UltimateOtaku91 I won't buy anything digital if I can help it. You don't really own anything like that and if they shut it down you lose access to those games. I learned with myspace and yahoo back a long time ago. Lost a bunch of pictures that were digital and music and movies I bought. Then Amazon, Vudu, and Sony shut down some on my libraries when streaming started taking over. And in the time that I stopped doing digital I always hear of something shutting down or copyright laws keep it from being used.

@nomither6 I agree there I remember in the 80's they had this big mike tyson punch out vr set up and it was fun but you wouldn't want a rig like that in your house even though graphics have come a long way. Wearing the headset on my psvr its a headache, eyes start crossing, the motion controllers don't always move and pan the right way. And just a small library and they all moved on and for the price its kind of a disapointment, and now the 2nd gen is already here and it will probably recieve the vita treatment too in yr or so. Its just hard to beat the good old tv. And once they can't get high sales the devs stop producing.

@jimbouk I agree I signed up for PS1,PS2, psp, vita and Ps3 games, but so far not much other than what they already had. And streaming sucks and uses all my monthly bandwith. And trails I already had just about everyone they put up that looked good preordered. Its nice but I was thinking they might put them up a little before release. But if they don't do something pretty soon Im probably dropping it because the mid teir I have almost all them games, and only downloaded a few out of 8 years of the 2 free a months ones.

@B-I-G-DEVIL I only know of 2 people out of 100 and something gamers that I talk to regularly who even own a xbox. Microsoft just wants to go streaming. I think everyone is fools for going digital your just letting have your money for renting something and it can go away at anytime. And most of microsofts big games now are online, so when the player base drops to where its costing them more to keep it up than what they are making off of it, well good bye game.

Useful for reminding you of releases coming up. but I hate buying digital, unless its only available that way. But Sony is way too expensive for digital games. 70 bucks plus tax for something you don't ever really own, or 70 or less for a disc that you own as long as you take care of that can be played or game copied if needed and worth a ton later if its something a collector or fan wants.

@doctommaso @thefourfoldroot1 I have a small fortune in physical games right now, last time I added everything up it came out to be pretty close to a million. If I could find a buyer, just going by resell prices listed on the web. And I really wish I would've kept boxes for a lot of things that are older. But I will never sell lol, my kids or grandkids will probably throw it all away when I pass, then some picker will come by and cash out and they will feel stupid calling it all old junk.

@Unlucky13 @Serpenterror I don't think thats true, I have a huge library of JRPG'S and RPG'S not of the western diablo template, or shooter like rpg. Its just with western management they pushed anything turn based away saying it was boring and not engaging. And sooner than later the kids of the 2000's only choice was live service games, and most are shooters. They are pretty much programmed that way now. But I have a younger cousin that was 2001, huge halo and destiny fan, he didn't like much more than something like that, then fell in with COD.One day he downloaded Final Fantasy remake, must have fell in love with the stories. So he gave the original a chance, something he would say looks crappy and sucky. That dude talked my head off about Final Fantasy and now has borrowed just about every old game and system I have. Now he talks about cronocross an wild arms and Legend of dragoon, legend of legaia and many more like hes an 80's or 90's kid. So I really think its just what gets put in front of you. I think theres tons of great new games but they pretty much all follow a cookie cutter design now. Because listening to my cousin talk, he becomes more attached to each character, and goes on and on about hidden secrets in all those games and how they don't take up no space, but feel so much bigger than Assasins Creed odessy and Horizon.

@NEStalgia @MasterVGuides So far Nintendo and steam are making bank with it. The two bigger players of the game market lost touch with gaming once they went head to head. Its all live service games, microtransactions, shooters and free for alls they want. Jim Ryan, Phil Spencer are out of touch with gaming really. If nobody has noticed they keep pumping out the same ip's over and over now, filling the big gap with cheap indies, and remakes and remasters. Most of the studios new devs are dry as bone on coming up with new and original work, and if they do come up with something that sticks, they then use it as a political soapbox to the point it ruins the story.

@acdramon Thats me too, I can't stream anything that is good, nothing floating my boat on classics that I can't play on my PS1, ps2 or ps3 except a few a can't get on ps3 and vita thats so rare that most good copies good from 300 up. I will say they have did good with trials with some titles, a few so far you didn't get enough gameplay to make a descision. So extra is about alright but just barely worth it, and more than likely you will be losing more good games than what gets put on the platform. Ending up just like Now, they need to find a gamer that likes every genre to help pick the titles they add, because I look at these staff picks every month and think who in the heck is picking these, some hermit old cat lady thats extremely feminist.

@themightyant Its not junk but most have all them games already on current consoles. What their meaning is ok we had all these other games on PS now, which some are grest, or they were able to buy them on PS4 already. What the players want are the things that are hard to get. I can pick up siphon filter and ape escape and sly cooper on my ps 1 and 2 pretty cheap and easy. Studios are going to beat Sony to the remakes, rrmasters and rereleases, way before they get a back catalog players want. Honestly I would want the original to play on any device besides a phone or tablet myself. But so far they just keep bringing things like I said, most already have, was on plus already, or just not worth wasting space on, or using you bandwith for. I could name 2k from their back library I would love to play again, but at the moment they cost a small fortune or you can only attempt to play on some crappy emulation.

Its easy degrees or knowing someone to get the job, not much work, high pay, and you get to sling your vision for the world on the masses. Mainly aiming for children to make more like them so the can infiltrate the whole of society. Wells wrote a book about it before he died and pretty much hit the nail dead on when addressing liberals and democratic views being pushed on us all by a few at the time would be a sickness on the US in a hundred years and the start of civil war.

Or over priced remakes you get nothing new with. And then give great games an it was alright review. Maybe they are trying to hide them in the middle ratings so everyone wont play it right away and then their retro copy will be worth thousands one day.

@twitchtvpat Studios always say they have a project going. They make up a demo of the ideal to get investors on board and hype up for preorders way before they even have a game going. They are a small team and do you really think they have time when their small team is kicking the can for ideals everyday for a few hrs and working on this graphical overhaul where they are taking every scene and tweaking the characters so much they show way more emotion than needed, you might as well just skip all that and just film actors to put in the scene. Would be faster and probably cheaper in the long run.

@Sakai I can't see why the fan boys are so hyped to play it. Same game looks a little better, nothing changed, only a part of a 40 dollar game originally. They probably own every copy plus the ps4 remaster. I could see if they added new content or secrets in it. Or even if they were trying to promote the tv series but at 70 or 80 bucks people should see that as a slap in the face. Because all they are working on is The Last of us as far as ip goes. Idk to me this is what western gaming is going to, so they can milk the remaster, mobile and microtransactions markets. Thats why Herman and big Jim keep talking up more multiplayer online ip's. From what I heard factions is all about being online, but Red dead online and many others are dead because theres already enough on the games they are playing already.

Me personally I don't really care if they are padding their trophies out because the game makes the difference in difficulty and all gamers know what hard and whats easy, if thats what they think is bragging rights, hey let them have it because its their money. But there are solutions to it but Sony is probably making a little money off them and it would hurt them to take away platinum on mini games and such because I don't think trophy farmers would buy them for bronze because it wouldn't bump the score up. And Im sure theres tons of families out there who would be upset if they quit making them because I know of several that are church going and like them because there is no violence and several for their toddlers. So in the game economy its always good to be diverse, because no matter what you do theres always going to be someone not happy or someone manipulating a system.

340 isn't a whole lot when it comes to classics. I say they are just adding what they had on the ps3 store to ps now thinking they did something great. wConsidering we already bought them digitally or own copies still for the original system. Not that I wouldn't love to have them all playable on the current console, Its I don't want to pay for what I aleady own again. Put the hard to find gems or cult classics on there. One collector told me he had figured the number at somewhere around 50 thousand titles that had a physical release so far up to the PlayStation and another 20 to 30 something thousand of digital only releases. So the numbers they are throwing out hoping to make another 10 dollars per month per sub but they are only getting you access to less than 1% of the total catalog. Prepare for disappointment because in the end they are doing nothing different than what they are doing now but they are charging more for access to it.

Everyone making connected and live service games are the problem, theres just way too many of them out there and you only have a certain amount of players in the world at one time that like social co op games to begin with. So you have a ton of Mmo's with millions invested with years in, they are most likely not going to give up their main game for train wrecks or studios making half backed rehashes of whats out there already with low population servers. If they would just stick to what they are already good at and made a single player game with co op possible it would've went down ten times better and not released it when 5 to 6 major titles are releasing. Poor pre sales is why they pushed back Forsaken and the market is flooded with female leads because everyone like trying to find a fortnite are trying to find an aloy. Its good Square is bringing back some older ips but if they wanted a game that would sale with a female lead put out a new Parasite eve or remaster the originals, don't waste time and resources on putting out another bad super hero game.
