This sounds great, but it also sounds like it's something that's going to go very wrong when the game comes, out with many people not getting the bonuses for technical reasons. But hopefully it all goes perfectly smoothly...
I wish people would stop buying stuff for GTA online so they would concentrate on making NEW games But why would they stop supporting a cash cow which makes millions in crappy DLC guns/cars/outfits
@Omniicron I agree it should be cheaper for Digital, but they have a monopoly on the marketplace and take a much larger cut of the profits compared to games sold in brick and mortar stores. I feel for those who have a Digital PS5!
Until the price of games on the PS Store comes in to line with, or cheaper than, the price of buying the game physically, I almost always hard-pass on AAA games digitally.
I get that games are expensive to make and they need to sell well to fund the studio going forward, etc, etc etc, but why pay the PS Store price when you get get it cheaper physically and then sell it if you want when done?
Not to mention the storage capacity 'issue' on PS5 without being able to extend the HDD....
I love being able to quickly drop some cash on some of the cheaper, smaller games on the store, but damn... also when you see Game Pass... makes me sad
I’ve only had a few crashes but not seen a single bug. No strange AI activity, no broken or missing quests or icons. I’ve had a good experience in my 30+ hours so far
@LiamCroft The thought of playing this still on my PS4 to get that trophy list, when I'll have my PS5 sat there, makes me a bit sad! I know that once I see how quick the PS5 is in terms of loading, waiting for fast travel or game loads on a PS4 will seem like a nightmare. I'm sure I read somewhere that the DLC is cross platform and should be OK.
Well that's very annoying, I was going to go for the platinum on this and have started on PS4 already putting a good 15 hours in.... to think I'd need to start this again from the start to get a platinum on PS5, or carry on playing it on my PS4, is a bit crappy
Trophies! Have they improved, as in can you track your stats for collectibles against the trophy itself rather than it being a game specific stats page. Also, the cards. They look and sound like a really great idea to get info quickly, what uses do they have beyond the video we’ve been shown if the UI? Lastly... Picture in Picture... does it work to have YouTube or other video apps up whilst in a game?
