with this it looks like people are actually expecting a Switch successor rather than a Switch 2 with these speculations, yet still somehow stick to the Switch 2 moniker for some reason.
@Paranoimia Another solution is to ignore the useless trophies. I just enjoy the games as they are , not bogged down wit useless trophies that designed to suck the fun out the game. Plus they artificially inflate the game play length.
"The most contentious part of the PS4 Pro is that it doesn't have an Ultra HD Blu-ray drive." Theres no such thing as an ultra HD Blu-ray Drive, only the software & graphical output hardware(GPU HDMI) thats needed to play 4K movies, so the PS4 pro could possibly play 4K disc's in the future, just at the moment the only high def option is 1080 blu-ray & the semi-hi-def 4k streaming.
@sketchturner The joke is the Project PT demo for the canned silent hills game back when Konami did the Dirty on him. So this is Kojima's jab at Konami after finding this "PT" sign.
It's sad that Rockband is alive & kicking yet the franchise that has better quality control Guitar Hero is dead.
I don't see how rockband can be praised when they push out more DLC than what there quality control team thus 70% of Rockbands DLC ends up being broken.
Plus they ignore Record Labels that refuse relicense songs for the import feature which means many gamers favourites are basicly blatantly ignored in favour of giving the import system the illusion of not being broken.
Even Rockband III had poor quality controll where if came with game breaking bugs. To top that one of they refused to fix the Wii version when Activision on the other hand replaced disc's for the Wii version of Guitar Hero II with it's minor audio bug.
So in other words with how badly Harmonix treated the franchise in the past there be no real point to this latest game.
As 70% of people still on a DSL connection I Don't thing that a 500GB HDD be to big just that only 25% that have the high speed cable to counter all the time-out errors that prevents downloading.
Meanwhile the 5% still on dial-up would not be aware of the PS4 existence.
while it will only receive a PlayStation Network release in Europe
Why restrict game's sales to the few that has cable. There's probably about 70% of people still with DSL meaning they won't be able to downlaod the game at all as the timeout errors would occour at 200-300MB point 500MB if they lucky then it starts back at the beginning again.
I'ts almost Like Sega set this up as a failure at the beginning.

@Wazeddie22 Don't worry, I got 5 myself & it was one of my faves.
Re: PS4 Games on PS5 - All Confirmed Upgrades
I wonder if the upgrades are just simply small patches to enhance the game on PS5, or an annoyingly large complete replacement download?

Time wasted getting trophies instead if just getting there & enjoying the games themselves.

Re: PlayStation Now Not Streaming to Europe Just Yet
I can't see how this would work when most gamers out there can't even download a 1GB game on there ADSL2 Connection.
Re: Guide: How to Turn the PS4 Controller On and Off
We been doing the same thing for years with the PS3.
If it's like the PS3 it surly would be written into the PS4's somewhat underweaming manual.
