Yeah, it was weird suddenly hearing a load of yelling and music through my controller, ha. Glad of the ability to mute via the card, will be more glad when I can set no voice as default!
@fR_eeBritney Haha yeah I'm not far after the Dag thing. Everyone was also all stoney faced and not talking to me in the scene yet were cool with me after whenever I spoke to them at their shops etc, ha.
SOONY. We honestly should have that news in the next weekish though, right? They won't want to give Microsoft much of a headstart when it comes to pre-orders.
I don't have a 4K UHD Blu Ray player yet (not long got a 4K TV), so considering PS5 has one, it's going to be both a games console and a 4K UHD BR player too, so I'm personally fine with paying £500. Now we know Series S is £250, I'm guessing Series X is £450 and PS5 (w/ disk drive) will be around the same price, up to £500.
I've never got a Playstation day 1, so hoping to this time. I have money saved. Won't be grabbing any of the fancy accessories like the 3D sound headset etc, a console + the one dualsense + a few games will do me for launch window.
Release date and price. I think we can gleam from the June event what the launch games are, the ones we already know from the event + comments since that are "Holiday 2020" (So Spider-Man Miles Morales, Deathloop, Bugsnax, Kena, and Jett, plus third party titles like Assassin's Creed Valhalla releasing then, and also Cyberpunk being a day-one patch to allow PS5 play). I just want to know when it's out and how much it is. My guess is early November and £500 for disc version (something like £450 for digital edition).
I'd always rather they give a game more time to develop. In Cyberpunk's case I'm tempted to even wait slightly longer for PS5. It'd feel like a long wait though, ha. Even if there's a PS5/Enhanced update version on launch day.
