Had this on my dreamcast back in the day, with a light gun. Without the gun, it's absolutely pointless, for me anyway.

Just got the platinum on Astro Bot. A truly wondrous 22 or so hours of fun that was! I thought it wasn't quite up to Mario Galaxy levels initially, but by the end, it may have won me over, it's certainly 'Nintendo good'. Great Master Challenge almost a little disappointing, expected tougher (still took a solid 30 mins though). It never got frustrating, deaths never felt cheap... I think I was well prepared for these challenge levels by doing the escape levels in the two Ori games last year!!

Going to leave the Xmas level and the time trials for a little while so I still have something Astro Bot to play next week

Hoping Fable makes it across, but that aside, I can get on board with this top 5

Got this last week and am close to half of the way through. Really enjoying it, and hoping for a sequel (and a new 3D Mario this year!!)

It doesn't quite sit alongside Mario Galaxy 1 & 2, Odyssey, etc for me but is very close!

@Foxhound Eurogamer readers had Wukong at No. 27 I believe, and Metacritic had it No. 115. It's not THAT surprising is it?

These lists never make sense, haha. Purexbox gave Indiana Jones 6/10 and the other day decided it was their No. 1 game of the year.

I owned all 4 home Sega consoles growing up, and have a lot of love for their old arcade and console games. But have given up hoping for them to EVER release what I want, which is compilations of their arcade games, and compilations of something other than Sonic or Mega Drive games. IF this service had master system, Saturn and Dreamcast games, plus a load of their arcade games (at the minimum, the games included on the Astro City mini console), then much as I hate subscription services, I'd give it a go... but let me BUY the games!

Spiderman and Miles Morales both discounted, but waiting for the MM Ultimate Edition to go back on sale, as is almost £20 cheaper than buying the two games separately!

It seems currently like IP that have previously existed on other consoles like DOOM, Outer Worlds, etc are going to PS5, but new IP like Starfield and Avowed are not.

Elden Ring DLC will probably win... makes no sense to me, all these from soft games look the same boring, masochistic grind-fests to me, but I seem to be in the minority (putting it lightly!)

Holy F moments would be Elder Scrolls VI, Witcher 4, or something like Gears or Halo or Forza coming to PS5. Guaranteed to be none of these things

I'm convinced there is a single frame of a scream horror mask near the start of this but can't pause it at the right time to confirm! around the 18-19 seconds mark, there is an accompanying noise too...

This is one of the 4 games I have installed on my PS5 ready to play when I finish FFVII... very excited to finally give it a go

I like driving games, but the sheer size of games like GT7 puts me off! A handful of races and time trials may scratch the itch for me...

There is an incredibly honest, interesting documentary on the birth of the Xbox, really worth a watch. Is there anything similar that covers this era of Playstation, as it sounds like it would be a good watch!

"I know enough to get me into trouble" is such a great line, and nails the vibe of the first 3 films. I really hope this game is good!!

I'd surely get bored of it within 20 mins, but a lego bond game focussing on the Sean Connery and Roger Moore movies would have been comedy gold

@Markatron84 haha, yep, getting between a turret and the bug swarm is friendly fire 101, and led to more than a few headset disagreements (alcohol may also be partly to blame!)

not had a PS5 that long, moved over from Xbox and this game was a big reason for that. 3 of us have been playing this non stop all week, it's so much fun, and a really positive, healthy vibe playing with randoms too, probably a benefit of it NOT being free to play...

I love the Horizon games, and have FH 2, 3, 4 and 5 on my xbox. FH4 the best by far for me, but FH5 is great. Not sure I'd double dip on PS5, but it's a superb game series

I don't really like these games much, but it sucks for xbox fans who won't get to play Elden Ring 2, etc! (I don't have a horse in that race as own all the consoles)

terrible casting for me, always thought she was a shocking actress, bad in GoT and woeful in the xmen flicks.

I've been XBOX since the 360 but picked up a PS5 recently for all the PS4/5 exclusives I've missed out on. XBOX games I'd double dip on would include Starfield, Forza Horizon (tricky with car licensing), Gears 1-3, Halo MCC, and in the future, Fable, Perfect Dark, Gears E-day, etc, all seem likely for PS anyway. Wouldn't buy them again, but the two Ori games are fantastic also.
