@Paranoimia I thought they rolled this back on the console. Certainly hard to find information about it. Articles in 2017 say it's possible then in 2018 articles say you can't. Seems like something they tried.
Sounds like you need a helpful customer service representative to view your request if you do get one.
@Deanvon01 Much more important for Sony to concentrate on features their competitors are offering. If you're not sure about a game you should always get a physical copy as hardly anywhere refunds game purchases currently.
@JohnnyShoulder While I think that ALL digital stores should offer refunds Sony is not playing catch up as neither MS or Nintendo do. PC stores do because it saves them money on support staff due to games not running on certain PCs, an issue consoles do not have.

@Octane Theres a reason is looks cheep. The background is the default when you start a Unity project. Also looks like the default font.
Not saying Unity = cheep but this doesnt do the engine any favours.
