@Paper_Yoshi I couldn't agree more. One thing that ran through my mind not only through the ending, but through many other parts of the game was "they have no sense of subtlety in storytelling". The building Aerith was in was swarming with whispers, Sephiroth showed up (yet again) as they approached the building, they even had to add multiple phases to Jenova afterwards which reverts from Aerith's theme to Jenova's theme (while Jenova is my favorite FFVII track, it did NOT belong in that boss fight).

To me, it was convoluted and set up an interesting but worrying precedent for the third entry. Not to mention how much emotional impact it sucked away from the big event.

@Mortal That's still missing the point a little, though (note: I have a steam copy of Helldivers II and own a PS5 so this whole topic doesn't upset me personally).
For the people that can easily make a burner PSN account (for their unsupported region) with a fake locale, the concern is IF Sony did any checks on the account, there's the potential for an account ban, and they would of course lose the ability to Helldive. It's very unlikely, but still a possibility, so not a completely bulletproof solution. That being said, I spoofed a Japanese PSN account back on the PS3 and it's still active, so they'd most likely be safe 🤷‍♂️

Sand Land! I've been anticipating this game since the reveal trailer and it's been a blast so far.

I too have been hoodwinked by the old continue options, especially on the final boss 😑 Oh the fury...lol Oh well, having completed it now, I won't be returning any time soon.

Remake Black Panther (from the PSP) first! While 3 is one of my least favorites, it is still a great game, so it would be cool to see a Kiwami treatment.

This looks incredible. Tenkaichi 3 is one of my all-time favorite DB games, and this is looking like it'll deliver! I just hope there's an option to reduce the camera shake a little, as it seemed to jitter around alot during combos.

Gods Eater Burst is a big surprise, being the PSP entry that already has an expanded PS4 port (God Eater Resurrection). I might dip back into Lost Frontier, it's a decent Jak game, and a peek at what could have been if the series kept going.

I'm genuinely excited for this one. There's something so alluring to me about a good desert wasteland game (I blame Desert Punk), and this one is looking very promising!

Oh boy...Well my wife is a huge DC fan, so I still have a copy reserved for her. Here's hoping it ends up okay 😅 I'm still glad they're patching in offline mode after launch.

All I wanted from this release was for it to top Tenkaichi 3's roster size not counting any potential DLC additions. I'm concerned no longer, this game looks beautiful!

Very excited to give this a go. I came onboard the Tekken train with Tekken 3. Unfortunately the modern $70 MSRP is still a steep asking price, so I'll probably purchase at a discount and when Eddy is available. As an aside, I can't get past how hideous and out of place these avatars are 🤔

For the sake of fairness, most female booties seem to be sculpted to normal proportions/shapes in this game, so why nerf the male booties, Fortnite? 🤔

I got several hours into vanilla Persona 5 when I first got my PS5, then a friend gifted me a copy of Royal, so I had to start all over again and got burned out. I'll play Tactica eventually, but I still want to beat Royal before playing the spinoffs.

This will be a hard game to defend after the servers are inevitably shuttered and the entire game becomes lost media.

This game does look very pretty and overall a step up from Tekken 7! Though I gotta admit, if Eddy and/or Christie are absent, it probably won't be a day one buy for me 😞

I just want Cait Sith to be unceremoniously executed, I don't see the issue with my request...🤔😉

That is unfortunate for those who prefer the dub. Nonetheless I have my Playasia copy on pre-order and I'm extremely excited to play this! It is truly looking like a good time.

Well that answers that. I was curious how multiplayer would work in a frantically fast game like this; turns out it doesn't. I'll still be looking to buy a copy either later this year or early next year (the backlog is already insurmountable 🥲💀).

Lack of haptic feedback and adaptive triggers strikes again 😔 I will be getting this game for sure, but I'll be doing so via Steam. It's sad that we rarely see these controller features supported outside of console exclusives.

Don't have Plus, won't be renewing any time soon except for the occasional month to play a few Resident Evil games online.

I only just found out the multiplayer in this is strictly PvP, which is a bummer considering Verdict Day had online co-op. I'm sure it's still solid fun, but unfortunately this delays my purchase knowing I can't play alongside my friends.

@MikeOrator Honestly I can't say for sure. This is my first Playasia order, so I'm hoping for the best. I have used Amazon.co.jp before and didn't have any issues, so I'd think you're safe either way.

Thats great that we are getting a port, but why alter the soundtrack?

This game just looked like dumb fun on reveal, I mean you have elements of Lost Planet with the suits and Monster Hunter with the dinos, all in a L4D-like mob shooter. After playing the beta, I'd prefer to just go play Monster Hunter or Lost Planet more
