Re: Review: The Order: 1886 (PlayStation 4)

Axel210

I finished this joke of a game in less than 7 hours on my first playthrough. The writing was very good and the soundtrack. It is a gorgeous world but they should have just made a movie. Such a waste of money. Second Son's First Light DLC took longer to finish.

Re: Weirdness: This Is How Activision Should Have Marketed Destiny

Axel210

@BoltedArc Total agreement there. I bought Destiny to pass some time and couldn't even enjoy the single player if the servers went down, WFT? Played and finished it once, traded it in for Shadow Of Mordor, which is a hell of alot better. Worth my money. Destiny was a joke, and almost EA-esque move.

Re: You Should Probably Ignore This First Destiny PS4 Review

Axel210

Well, a website reviewing games, should not be putting down another reviewers outlook on a game. So unprofessional. Besides, it doesn't matter that the servers were only active, the game was planned to be released and therefore should be complete for it's release date. God, this site is a joke.

Re: Sleeping Dogs Is Kung-Fu Kicking PS4 with All of Its DLC

Axel210

@get2sammyb
Just after the 10/10 score this website gave the Last Of Us, a game worth maybe a 6/10 as a game, considering the fact a number system shouldn't even be used when reviewing as it implies the possibility of having the perfect game which I am sure everyone is aware, does not exist.

Re: Sleeping Dogs Is Kung-Fu Kicking PS4 with All of Its DLC

Axel210

"Even though it received a whopping 8/10 here at Push Square,...... Following its free offering on PlayStation Plus, however, it quickly became a cult hit that many a gamer – including our staff – punched themselves for not discovering earlier."

If a sincere and decent review had been conducted this game would have been discovered when it was out. The reviewers on this website are seriously lacking in any form of love for games and gamers.

Re: Store Update: 22nd July 2014 (North America)

Axel210

@Davros79 I am in total agreement with you on that. I bought it thinking "this
ought to be fun." It was not. If you pay close attention, this site tends to teeter on the edge of sucking Sony's nuts.
EDIT : You should check out Zero Punctuation on youtube, he is the only true reviewer on this planet.

@voodoo341 Also agree with you, every single time my housemate comes to tell me he got a game with all it's dlc included for like £4 on Steam I just want to put my foot through my ps4.

Re: Who Would Win Wednesdays: Cole MacGrath vs. Delsin Rowe

Axel210

@longshot28
@Game-Boy1983

That is true yes, he is an over glorified version of Peter P from Heroes, but as Kessler said, The Beast followed him to the end of the earth because he was attracted to the most powerful conduit, hence Cole, hence Delsin losing. Also Cole learned to expand his powers just by fighting, learning different variants of his abilities. Delsin requires Core Relays to expand his. You put him against Cole and he absorbs his power he needs to have Core Relays near or he's screwed. The last battle with Augustine proves this.

Re: Who Would Win Wednesdays: Cole MacGrath vs. Delsin Rowe

Axel210

@Game-Boy1983 Yes right. Sucker Punch stated that if a higher percentage of people had chosen to play the evil side of infamous 2 they would have went with that path, as it was their original plan anyway.

After defeating Alden, Sasha, an old more powerful future version of himself, The Beast and Bertrand, i think Cole would win, over a 20 something year old who just got his powers 2 weeks ago. Logic.

It's not that i don't like Delsin or Second Son, jesus no, love it, Platinum earned already and all that, I will just defend a logically more powerful and experienced conduit would win.

Re: Who Would Win Wednesdays: Cole MacGrath vs. Delsin Rowe

Axel210

Cole was Sucker Punches most powerful Conduit, even with all his variance and diversity of powers does not make him a winner. This fight is as stupid as pitching Static (DC Comics) against The Leech (Superman Villain). Also Delsin may be quick and whatnot but getting close to Cole to absorb his power to match him would be pointless and difficult. Did anyone even play the previous games on here? Cole defeated The Beast, a creature who can reassemble himself atom by atom after a Nuclear explosion, Also Bertrand look how massive he was and how many creatures he created too.

**Edit 2 minutes later** Just realised aswell, that if Cole was still alive during the 7 years between Infamous 2 and Second Son, he would be the Superman of electric powers, the most ridiculous Conduit walking the earth.

Jesus people, Cole hands down.

@Game-Boy1983 Ok so Cole died because he was required to activate the Sphere to stop the beast, therefore killing conduits, everywhere even him. Not due to being defeated.

Re: Sucker Punch: We'd Have Loved a Grunge Soundtrack in inFAMOUS: Second Son

Axel210

@banacheck I have to agree entirely on the idea that a composed soundtrack is a far more engrossing audio to have while playing games. I don't want to listen to someone groaning/roaring/shouting/moaning about **** while I am superheroing it all over Seattle. I want a soundtrack as encapsulating as the track titled "The Beast" from Infamous 2's soundtrack. Or the main theme for Bulletstorm, utter magic.

Re: Review: South Park: The Stick of Truth (PlayStation 3)

Axel210

I hate living in the UK sometimes, you guys in 'Murica get everything just a bit earlier but that bit is enough to drive the rest of the world's gamers mental. I will be getting this straight away on the 7th when it's out here (Northern Ireland), South Park is the best thing on T.V. ever. Period..

Re: Your PS4 Is Probably Going to Be Playing Host to Batman Soon

Axel210

@charlesnarles I just got lucky as a kid and had an uncle who happened to adore Batman so taught me to love him at an early age. Passed all his comics to me when i was about 10. Since then I have had a bit of an obsession with Batman. I could also blame the same Uncle for my love of gaming come to think of it.

Re: Rumour: Nathan Drake to Scale PS4 in Enhanced Uncharted Collection

Axel210

Not that this isn't great for those who haven't experienced the games, but doesn't the PS3 start to lose more and more exclusives if they start doing this? Plus I kind of want NEW games, not prettier old ones.

Only opinion by the way. It is very likely i will end up buying them again, who wouldn't? It's just, I would rather be seeing new worlds, new characters and new stories.

Re: Your PS4 Is Probably Going to Be Playing Host to Batman Soon

Axel210

@Tasuki Yeh he let slip he was working on the next Arkham, his comment was removed not long after someone pointed out he wasn't in the Arkham Origins cast list.

@BornOfEvil I can't remember where I read it for the life of me but there is a chance (I don't want to get my hopes up either.) they will be. I am a massive Batman comic fan and the games take from a massive source of every iteration of "The Freaking Bat!" you can think of.

The inclusion of Hush in Arkham City interested me intensely, as the comic he comes from is a very personal and dark story for Bruce aswell as Batman. The plot involves so many characters it is almost mind boggling. Remember at the end of Arkham City you hear some thugs talk about how Roman Sionis (Black Mask) blew a hole to the sewers and escaped Arkham. Also the Falcones have left and Penguin is mysteriously missing after The Museum/Iceberg Lounge is destroyed. Well in comic storylines they all did this together in order to take over Bludhaven (Nightwing patrols here.) Also, Hush and The Riddler and Scarecrow team up together to take down Bruce Wayne and Batman at the same time. Leading to the link in Identity between Bruce and Bats. It is scary to think how they might mash all this together along with what they have done to Joker as he was in the Hush Storyline in the comics. I'm just very excited. Sorry.

Re: Naughty Dog Is Willing to Make Jak 4 Given the Right Story

Axel210

@MadchesterManc A new Jak And Daxter would be loads of fun, but you are correct, all those insane Uncharted fans and whatnot would explode. Also, Insomniac has left, not the Ratchet And Clank Franchise. It may not get any more games in the future but at least it stays in Sony's hands.

Re: There Are More Developers Working on PS4 Than Any Other Console

Axel210

@Gamer83 In agreement with you there. I hate being told there is almost 100 games in development but we somehow get a game we already got free on ps3 free on ps4 next month (Dead Nation rumour). It's a little strange to be teased so much but have your loyalty feel pointless. Very few original games on ps4 (I know it's early) but i still managed to go back to my vita and ps3 more than I have played my ps4. Although I don't have much of a love for multiplayer so it's kind of my own fault. Bring on South Park and Infamous, then I think i'm sorted, the wait is driving me up the walls though.

Re: Want to Know What Your PS4 Can Do? The Order: 1886 Will Show You

Axel210

@Visiblemode and @3Above

I can also include myself in the group of observers of this trait of (forgive me) lamestream media. It is such a narky thing, they are almost the trolls of journalism......almost

Edit (30 seconds later) My original point was the game looks lovely, I am currently devising a way to throw my wallet at my PS3/V&4 to pay for things, 2 TV's down and still no progress.
