@nomither6 Agree about the online, it dropped a lot during the seasons. I managed to get everything unlocked from the shop, yhough and enjoyed using it all. Customisability is important for online longevity, it's why I still play Fall Guys.
@wiiware Keep practicing. If you can chain boosts and avoid walls you'll be flying past them in no time. Even on hard difficulty I have no troubles beating them every time.
@nomither6 I played both and both are better than Mario Kart, simply tha ks to the story modes and more engaging boost mechanics. I 100% the original and came top 5% in every season btw and the only thing I've never done is the dev time ghosts.
Tried it yesterday on my son's PS5 slim. It produced a poor frame rate. Yet to try it on my og model but I'm not expecting anything better. I liked the way it looked, but we need tailoring options or a performance fix asap.
If this is another flop like Concord, I hope they take at least some of the assets and reuse them in a single player game. It would be a waste for it to be another load of art/effort that nobody will see.
@Stale-Bread I understand, but a key feature missing from RE3 remake is also Nemesis showing up whenever you sit around too long. He was always searching for you. The new game just has him bust through in scripted events only. I would recommend giving the OG another shot, but I suppose if you know the answers to the puzzles it's less likely you'll see him as it's kinda random, but more likely if you spend longer in one area. Although, you could also randomly walk into a place where he was searching, too. If they had done that and the cut content, I'd also say RE3make was better, but it isn't.
If I had premium I'd definitely go for RE3 as it never got a proper remake. However, I still have the Gamecube version tucked away, so I'll dog it out at some point.
Tombi was an excellent title on the ps1 and should be good fun (if a little outdated in places) if you never tried it when you were younger. Also recommend Guacamelee, good fun for 2 players as well.
@Northern_munkey Interesting discussion I didn't expect to see in a games thread. I've never agreed with Thelemites slogan, personally as I think it's the wrong way around; "Will under love" is more apt for a brighter change. Perhaps this could be down to semantics, but if you aren't guided with your heart, then things tend to turn to chaos eventually.
If it's like Genshin and has a limited character roster at the start, it's possible to keep up with by honing your started characters before the pool becomes too big and the chances of getting character levels too slim. However, it's only then really worrh playing from release and quite demanding of your time, still.
I watched it all in 2 days, couldn't help myself! I find thag shows I like usually end up garbage in Season 3, so I'm skeptical about this. However, if they actually stick with a script instead of tuning it to how well the current season did with viewers (Usually ending in some extreme nonsense writing and a cut short final season) then I'll remain open minded.
@WolfyTn What 2 minute timer? There certainly wasn't a timer in either THUG titles when free roaming, or American Wasteland. Tbh, I actually didn't bother with the THPS remake because of that and the always in motion thing.

@AndyKazama That's fair, those fixed camera angles are glorious when you're in the mood.
Re: PS Plus Premium Games for June and July 2025 Confirmed, Resident Evil 2, 3 This Summer
@DTfearTheBEARD Be prepared for a much better time with RE3. However, I wouldn't necessarily recommend the original 2 over the remake.
Re: PS Plus Premium Games for June and July 2025 Confirmed, Resident Evil 2, 3 This Summer
@AndyKazama At least it got a faithful remake. I'm ok with the ps4 version tbh.

Re: Anime GTA-Style Game NTE Drops Jaws with New PS5 Trailer and Screenshots
@Shigurui That's a shame. I signed up for the beta, so if I get it I'll report on the next PS article.

@Dragoon1994 Chaos Legion felt like you were just playing the same level for the first hour. DMC was definitely better in that regard.

Re: Tony Hawk Comments on Potential Tony Hawk's Underground Remake
Yeah, I'm holding out for that. Otherwise, I'll just continue to ignore the franchise as I've been doing since after American Wasteland.
