Moon Quartz Location and How to Get It

  • Enter the Chairman's Office on the second floor
  • Go to the back room and take the Pencil off the desk
  • Return to the first room and use the Pencil on the Torn Journal on the table
  • Shade in the paper to reveal the solution to the Puzzle Box in the Chairman's Office
  • Enter in the following order: Moon, Sun, Star, Moon
  • The safe will open to reveal the Moon Quartz

Sun Quartz Location and How to Get It

  • On the second floor in the East Wing, enter the Lead Researcher's Office
  • In here, you'll find a Sturdy Lock blocking access to the Puzzle Box
  • Read the Lead Researcher's Message next to it to discover that you need to find Corrosive to melt it
  • You'll find the Corrosive in the back room of the Conference Room
  • Fight your way through the zombies here and grab it
  • Return to the Lead Researcher's Office for a cutscene with Victor Gideon
  • Afterwards, use the Corrosive to melt the padlock
  • You can now use the Puzzle Box and enter the following: Star, Sun, Moon, Sun
  • The safe will open to reveal the Sun Quartz

Star Quartz Location and How to Get It

  • When you have ID Wristband (Level 2), enter the Isolation Ward and go into the Security Manager's Office
  • In here, you'll find the Puzzle Box, but all the icons have been removed
  • A cutscene will play where Grace takes ID Wristband (Level 3) off the corpse
  • Return to the girl locked up in the Medication Room for a cutscene
  • You must now carry Emily to the Puzzle Box in the Security Manager's Office
  • Once there, you'll leave her in the room to fight
  • When Emily calls out to you, return to the room for a cutscene where Emily is kidnapped
  • A number of different sequences will happen at this point, but after finishing everything in the Basement, you'll get the Star Quartz
