Hey, you ever play Crash Bandicoot Racing? The name may be a little off, but that's because in Japan, the PSone classic that we know as Crash Team Racing was called Crash Bandicoot Racing, and we're telling you this because the latter has shown up in a PlayStation Asia survey.

Said survey asks users to choose which games they've played from a list -- and it's a pretty varied list. Uncharted 4 is on there alongside God of War, but third party titles such as Metal Gear Solid V and The Evil Within 2 also appear. Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy is there too, and what's right beside it? You guessed it, Crash Bandicoot Racing, as spotted by Twitter user TheWumpaGem.

It's the only PSone game on the list, but why is it there to begin with? Well, it could just be a random addition, but it's a bit weird, isn't it? Why Crash Team Racing of all games? Why would only one PSone title be included? Is it a hint? An error? Who knows.

Of course, this only really matters because rumours of a Crash Team Racing remake have been doing the rounds ever since Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy launched last year. We already know that developer Vicarious Visions is working on something new, and based on the immense success of the aforementioned Trilogy, you've gotta assume that it's crafting another remake of some kind.

So, a Crash Team Racing remake on PS4? Yes or no? Smash some crates in the comments section below.
