Street Fighter V is getting its first big update at some point this month - and we'll be getting all of the details next week, Capcom has revealed. "We will have a major news drop next week on what modes are coming, additional bug fixes and more, so stay tuned!" it teased on its official blog.

Supposedly, March's update will add a ton of new stuff to the game, including the ability to unlock the title's first additional character, Alex. As quoted, fresh modes will also be implemented, along with larger multiplayer lobbies and a spectator option - or at least, we hope so. Following the release's bumpy launch, we imagine that Capcom's had its hands full trying to get everything in working order - so we wouldn't be surprised if specific bits and pieces end up getting pushed back.

In any case, we'll have our fingers crossed that this month's update helps repair the brawler's reputation. Is there anything that you're hoping for in particular? Do you think that an arcade mode could sneak itself in there? Leap over a fireball in the comments section below.
