Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 Confirmed, Out 13th November

Activision's just confirmed Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 for PS3 will hit worldwide on 13th November.

The date accompanied a reveal trailer — published perhaps a little prematurely — that we'll bring to you as soon as it's up.

It's so far only announced for PS3 but we know Call of Duty Vita is still on the way.

Are you keen to take up arms for another campaign this year?

I'm not too sure about the near-future setting to be honest. I was hoping they were going to continue the 60s plot.

Any word if it's going to be on Wii? I actually prefer the Wii controls on COD.

I seriously thought the RP rating said RIP.

Anyway, not a surprise and I wish it wasn't called Black Ops 2 but whatever. I'll still buy it.

Black Ops ended the "60s" plot just like World at War ended the World War 2 plot. I wonder what the future setting holds...

I am guilty. After playing every Call of Duty game to death, I am still a sucker for another.

I got of the COD bandwagon after the first BLOPS. That game annoyed me, with it's stupid kick the barrel levels, glitched trophies, Nuke Town and unstable online. I can't believe that game sold more than MW2, which was a much more solid and well-rounded experience IMO.
