WolfRamHeart commented on Review: Dragon's Dogma (PlayStation 3):

@James: Thank you for your feedback. I was thinking about purchasing the PS3 version because I prefer the PS3 shoulder buttons and triggers to the 360 when it comes to this particular game. However, I think that I might just go with the 360 version this time around considering those technical issues that you mentioned. I appreciate the heads-up. As for the DLC, those types of additions aren't something that I am really interested in getting anyway so I guess I won't really miss them if I decide to pass on them. As long as the game has a substantial amount of content and it definitely sounds like it does, I am good to go. I'll be sure to pick this one up when I get the chance. Cheers mate. :)

WolfRamHeart commented on Review: Dragon's Dogma (PlayStation 3):

Thanks for the review James. I am still undecided if I will be getting it at launch. My concerns are the same as @rjejr, I had a lot of the same issues with the demo. In addition I had problems with the camera. It seemed to go all over the place and I had to keep readjusting it, which I found annoying. Also, how is the screen brightness settings? I played both the PS3 and Xbox 360 demos. I found that the PS3 demo was visually much darker and harder to see even when the brightness was turned all the way up, I could hardly see anything when it became night time while I was fighting the Griffin. However, the Xbox 360 demo I had no problems with this but I did find that the PS3 version had a much better frame-rate and no screen-tearing. Oh and could you share any info you have regarding DLC for this game. Thanks in advance.

WolfRamHeart commented on Store Update: 8th May 2012 (North America):

Not too much for me in this update. The PixelJunk sale is awesome but I already own almost all of those games. I will pick up PixelJunk Monsters Deluxe to complete the collection since Sony is planning on making it compatible with the PS Vita soon. I'm tempted to get Datura but so far the reviews for it have not been too kind. I think that I will wait for some more reviews before I take the plunge.

WolfRamHeart commented on First Soul Sacrifice Screens Are Grotesque:

That is some crazy artwork. The screenshots look very impressive. Hard to believe that this is a Vita game, it looks like a console game with those graphics. I hope that the gameplay will be just as impressive. Can't wait to hear more about this.

WolfRamHeart commented on Black Ops II Campaign Goes Heavy Rain:

It honestly looks a lot more interesting than I expected. I usually don't pay much attention to the Call of Duty series, mostly because I am not very good at FPS but this one looks like it has lots of potential. Good to see that they are doing something different.

WolfRamHeart commented on Like PlayStation Access, Grab a Couple of Free...:

I "liked" it but when I tried entering the code all I got was this message: "The code you entered may not be correct or may no longer be valid". I double-checked it so I did put it in correctly and I tried multiple times but unfortunately no dice. :(

@Gamer83: Thank you for your feedback on the game. I appreciate hearing your impressions of it. I just read a really good review of this game on Destructoid.com. I will probably wait to see what PushSquare has to say about it first but chances are that I will be picking it up. :)

WolfRamHeart commented on Dawnguard Storms Skyrim Later This Year:

It sucks that PS3 owners have to wait a month to get this DLC while Xbox 360 owners get it earlier but I still have plenty of things to do in Skyrim so I don't really mind too much. Anyway, this month is all about Demon's Souls for me before the servers shut down for good. :(

WolfRamHeart commented on Feature: How Sony is Dominating Pre-E3 Headlines:

As much as I like Sony, I think that all eyes are going to be on Nintendo at this year's E3 event. I am dying to see what they unveil with their new console. I'm sure that Sony will announce some extremely cool things for both the PS3 and the PS Vita but I think this year Nintendo will be getting most of the hype and attention. I am hoping for a possible PS4 announcement at next year's E3.

Oh and I can already imagine what Microsoft's E3 press conference will be like: Kinect, Kinect and more Kinect! :D

WolfRamHeart commented on Dragon's Crown Shifts to Atlus, Due Out in 2013:

While I am disappointed that this game has gotten pushed all the way to 2013, I am very happy to see that Atlus will be handling the publishing now. I love Atlus because they always go above and beyond to please their fans. I'm sure that they will do an excellent job publishing this one. :)

WolfRamHeart commented on Dragon's Dogma Demo to Spread Its Wings Next Week:

I just pre-ordered this game. I'm really looking forward to trying out the demo next week. If I like it I will keep it but if not then I can always cancel it. I do hope that it is good because this game looks like it has a lot of potential.

WolfRamHeart commented on Preview: Dragon's Dogma - The Sleeper Hit of 2...:

Thank you so much for doing this preview guys. This game would have flown completely under my radar. I only heard of it before when I heard that it was the game that the Resident Evil 6 demo would be bundled with. I didn't give it much consideration before but after reading this article I am very interested in getting it. I am a huge fan of Skyrim as well as Demon's Souls and Dark Souls so this game definitely appeals to me.

WolfRamHeart commented on Sony Sneakily Announces Red PS3 for the UK:

That looks pretty sweet. I'm still hanging on to my old 60 GB because of the backwards compatibility. Besides, I got a nice 500 GB hard drive installed in it too. As long as it still plays my games I don't care what color it is. :D

WolfRamHeart commented on Rumour: Tales of Xillia Heading to Europe:

God I really hope that this game makes it to the US. I love the Tales series and I am really enjoying Graces F right now. If Xillia doesn't come to the US I suppose I could always import it but I hope that it won't come to that.

WolfRamHeart commented on Rumour: Trademark Teases Dawnguard DLC for Skyrim:

I've still got tons to do in this game. I really need to go back and finish it. My biggest problems is that I keep getting distracted by other games. I'm looking at you Tales of Graces F! Anyway, more Skyrim is always a good thing!

I was going to wait the price to drop before picking up a Vita but all the positive feedback that I have read from people that own one convinced me that it is definitely worth picking one up now. That and the amazing Gravity Rush trailer! :D

WolfRamHeart commented on Review: SSX (PlayStation 3):

Thanks for the review Mark. I tried out the demo but it didn't grab me like SSX Tricky once did. It sounds like a decent effort but I'll just wait until it drops in price.
