The described opening screen is exactly (!) what I love about the PS1/PS2 attitude. I miss this stuff SO MUCH!

I like that. The game is kind of an indie-movie. It's important that it exists, it makes a lot of people happy. But everybody can be really happy if they are not losing money in the end.

So what this publisher die is a really amazing move and I hope it will be appreciated by the community and press in the long run.

I hate the trend of stuff getting criticisms by not releasing asap.

We all know what happens if stuff get released too soon.

Same with the Stardew Valley guy. Just let people work on their stuff without adding even more pressure.

The soundtrack thing is just too much of an issue imo

It would be way worse to have a Tony Hawk game without the music. But LC also did rely a lot on the vibe the music brings.

I will play it because I never (really) spend time withe the original.

But having a full price remaster on a (still) new game is ridiculous imo.

I think they made it for the NES first (there is a working cartridge available I think) and that might explain the mentioned shortcomings.
The HD graphics where marketed only as an extra in the very first announcement video.

Wow 7,5k for THAT song (and without release/time constraint) would be generous and involved a lot of good will from the band to support an indie movie/game.

But GTA 6 … as much as I like to have the song there. I side with the band. That is an insult.

@KyushuTrail honestly it's even a 2/10 or less. The plat is super easy and comes 95% by playing naturally. But you do need to know how baseball works.

MLB is top shelf. I already have the platinum, but I am happy for everyone that is interested in the game but did not pull the trigger so far.

Fighting Evolution is widely considered the worst fighter Capcom ever put out. So it is tainting this collection in my opinion.

I just wish these kind of games had licensed music like they used to in the PS1/PS2 era.
Now it's just royalty free stuff. And it takes away from these type of games.

That all looks awesome. Especially the graphic design elements.

But only having a flat concrete floor as the locations is a bit of a turnoff. Even though you probably don't realize it when actually playing yourself. Because too busy with the gameplay.
