I wish they would put Rocket Racing out as a standalone release. I would be down for another f2p arcade racer next to Speedstorm.

I am actually at 6/10 right now after a few hours. I feel like the levels are just always the same. Even to a degree that I question myself on what's actually going on and if I accidentally started a previous level again.

Doesn't the (new) lowest difficult level even makes you invincible?

I wish they would also release some of these "games inside the game" as a stand alone experience. I am still salty that a 100+ GB download of Fortnite started while the store was looking like you get just Rocket Racing. Which I was interested to try, and still would love to check, out outside of the Fortnite structure.

But it's not a cool move to have a store move with a different game name and icon, and then you end up with Fortnite forever added to your PSN profile.

I mean, as much as I am one of these cynic and annoying people that hates on everything that is hyped … but I am playing Astro Bot right now and it would be ridiculous if anything other than this game wins GOTY.

I mean. It wasn't cool that I had access to everything at the age I was. And looking at todays kids and their totally ***** attention span and social skills …

Hey. Probably not news worthy. But since today the shadow overlay over the (non-animated) pictures got a lot stronger. Really noticeable on my custom backgrounds (screenshots from games).

I liked it more before. It's too much now. Only with the bright spot being in the right side center.

I never played the game and just watched the video. Every time I thought "wow" was - to my surprise - the PS4 version and not the PS5 remake.

Why is that? Is the original more artistic in it's visual decisions and the PS5 focusing more on realism?

@Sequel can you elaborate? Looks like a typical tactical (like the name suggests) game to me. I skipped trough the video and can't find roguelike elements. Do you have a timecode?

I played a few Outright Games recently because I am a sucker for racing games. But they are all sooooo soooo slow and handle like they are broken. It feels like a chore.

Oh … I was ready to hate on it. But that looks fresh.

I was so incredibly pissed off when I downloaded the seemingly stand-alone release in the shop just to suddenly have Fortnite permanently added to my account. This is such a no-go to do without making it clear on the store entry.

Still would love to have it as a stand-alone release with 2gb size.

The game is re-creating the most generic horror movie cliche on purpose. Making an actual movie out of this is so weird. We have that movie already 100+ times.

@Octaslasher your examples where from a time with huge differences in the generations and no way to play the OGs on the current hardware.

Completely different situations now. Especially with Until Dawn that is even on PS Plus in it's (good) PS4 version.

Playing the PS4 version right at this moment (it's still on plus) and … it's kind of annoying. Completely a-hole characters, drawn out to no end and full of fake jump scares.

Never played it. But based on this video the PS2 version looks a lot cooler. The fixed camera and gritty aesthetic is awesome.

The remake looks … well like every other modern horror game tbh.

Most new games would save on music licenses though and it would just not be the same anymore.
