@get2sammyb I agree with the buttons. Hell, the console overall looks great! However, it reminds me of the PSP-2000... and wonders if this Vita model is just as fragile as that iteration of the PSP. Gah... I'd consider hard-swapping screens, but I'm sure the wiring may be different. Hmm... I'll check it out before too long.
Wow... That screen difference is insane. The screen [of the OG model] is ALREADY too dark to play outdoors during the day! I'll be keeping my OLED, Sony. You goofed huge on this round.
@get2sammyb My bad. D:! Oh, I will say this... Should you be familiar with the combo system of the Samurai Warrior games, you'll notice that a lot of the combos are fairly the same. I'm a gauntlet / chain & sickle user and the combat is so fast-paced. Sadly, Ragnarok ACE comes out a week after this game releases in the States...
@get2sammyb You'll definitely enjoy this game. The demo is kind of lame since you're given a limited inventory space and only 3000 gold (max wallet size) to work with. However, the bite sized demo will make a believer out of anyone. I also heard that this game is getting free DLC, as well? I'm not entirely too certain about that, but if so, that would be amazing.
As a huge fan of the MH series... this game is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much better. No more ridiculous poses after you heal. No more constant farming for traps and bombs just to be thrown away in one giant battle which will make you constantly grind more and more for said items... Ugh. This game is just better in every aspect. It's aesthetically pleasing, the soundtrack is great, the weapon system is amazing (long gone are the days of sheathing your weapon so you can run faster), and no half-assed felyne partners that screw you up every chance you get. After playing Toukiden, I can honestly say that I can see all kinds of flaws in Monster Hunter now. Oh... And I also like how I don't have to equip specific runes or armor JUST to display the entire map. that was entirely annoying when I had started up Monster Hunter Freedom some time ago.
I already have Outlast on PC and have beaten it to completion. Awaiting the DLC that's announced for it. Such a damn good horror game.
HOWEVER.. I -AM- the 2% that voted on Payday 2.. Why? Because that game is fun, and there's a ginormous update coming our way, finally, which will add soooooooooo much stuff. I also have the game on PC because MASTERRACE Lmao.
I'm perfectly fine with my Vita OG. The first game I got for it was BlazBlue, and holy crap... it blew the socks off of me in terms of color range. The ONLY reason I would opt for this newer version, would be solely for the battery, and a color change if I were to order it off of Play-Asia. Idgaf about the extra 1gb storage, since I had dumped $115 on Amazon to get that 64gb card (which gives me a plethora of games stockpiled in here)... So blow this iteration out of your ass, Sony. You goofed big time.
Snake would win. They'd have a seriously good match, sure, but through the thick of it all, and it's down to fisticuffs, Snake. LOL. And if you guys think that Bats may out-rank him due to his sheer volume of gadgets, then you obviously haven't played a Metal Gear game. Lol. Also, Snake beat the world's best sniper with a freaking pistol. A PISTOL. Sure you can use a sniper rifle, or use the "skip to next week" method, but seriously... a pistol.
I play this on PC and that update has been out for a good minute! Valkyr is insanely fun to play and her ult is OP if you have the right mods equipped to up damage and lengthen duration time.
@Jaz007 It's designed for co-op. Although it's a drop-in / drop-out co-op. I would go look at some YouTube videos to see if you're up for it. Or if your computer can allow it, try the game out. But yeah, You won't go far doing Solo missions.
@rykkchii I should also tell you that the best weapons, and two amazing Warframes, are found through the Orokin Towers / Derelicts. You have to find their components and their blueprints through the towers. However, It's one component or blueprint per run. Basically, it's more free to play than most people think. LOL.
@rykkchii Actually, this game is so good, you don't need to spend a dime on it. There are two forms of currency, Credits and Platinum (Platinum being the currency you actually buy). Through the game's Market, you see that you can immediately buy weapons, with an upgrade enclosed, with Platinum, OR you can buy the Blueprint for that weapon and build it using items you find when farming missions. If you want to potato the weapon (upgrading the weapon with an orokin catalyst), you'll have to find the blueprint through Alert Missions, Nightmare Missions, Orokin Tower Missions, or Orokin Derelict Missions. I have a friend of mine who ONLY spent money on this game when he received a 75% off Platinum coupon from his daily login roll, and even then he only spent $7 US. Other than that, he just gets blueprints and builds stuff while farming for the stuff he needs across the various planets. Same with the Mods that are necessary for buffing up your weapons. He and I have been playing Warframe since Update 8, and I can tell you that this game is great. You basically need to treat this game as Ninja Gaiden meets Dead Space with superpowers.

Re: Review: Gunslugs (PlayStation Network - Vita)
Wow, looks like they either ripped off Mercenary Kings, or Mercenary Kings ripped this off. LOL. Either way, I wonder how it plays.

Re: Review: Valhalla Knights 3 (PlayStation Vita)
Sadly, I actually really like this game. LOL. Mainly because I dungeon crawl like no one's business.
Re: Shantae: Half-Genie Hero Shakes Its Hips on PS4, PS3, and Vita
Woo!! I'm glad to hear this! I haven't checked on the page in a few days, so I was eager for this to come to the Vita.
Now we just need that River City Ransom HD to hit the Vita, and all will be right with the world.
Re: First Impressions: Sliding and Slicing in Warframe on PS4
@ohhaime You should join a T3 Defense Mission. The later planets get QUITE nasty.
