@Theamazing1 1080p looks a lot better than 900p in my experience. Way less shimmery

Really hope they increase the resolution above 900p. I already have it on my JB PS5 with a 60fps 1080p patch and it looks so much better than stock

@Oram77 So Resident Evil 7 is one of the best games in the franchise but has the single worst protagonist while Resident Evil 5, being one of the worst games in the franchise has a far better protagonist??

The lack of VR support and the action heavy sequences (looking at you motorbike chase scene) really killed my interest in this game. Will probably pick it up when it goes on sale. Hopefully a VR mode is implemented by then

Such a great game. I've been playing it on my jailbroken PS5 at 60fps and it's so much fun

@lazarus11 the only reason we got vr ports of those games was because Sony funded them. If Sony truly is done supporting the PSVR2 then Capcom will have no incentive to make any future VR ports.

Also RE 2 and 3 remakes never got VR ports nor did the Separate Ways or Shadow of Rose DLCs or even the RE4 mercenaries mode

No PSVR2, no buy

Honestly lost all interest in this game when they said it was a mix of action and survival horror and didn't green-light a PSVR2 version.

@McBurn No but they're definitely one of the best in the industry and it'll be a shame to lose them regardless of how many other studios are doing remakes. They're also arguably the only ones who can do Fromsoft and Japan Studio games justice.
