I think it's a bit frustrating that I've seen creators on Reddit griping about small space for creations hoping "maybe ps5 will have higher limits." I just think it goes against good game design. If it's a decent idea you should learn to make it work instead of relying on the hardware. Many older games are great because the devs had to work around restrictions, now I fear bunches of ps5 owners will start making heavily forested areas just because they can. 😑
@dopaminex except youtube has already replaced television for much of gen Z. Dreams isn't like Steam, but people at Media Molecule have said that they hope to one day see dreams' creations in the playstation store. There's a LOT of stuff to trudge through but there's also some gold. who knows someday we might start seeing games with dreams at the start instead of unity
