I knew from the start that it would never live up to the original Saints Row. However, the game itself isn't bad. I actually enjoyed it, despite the bugs i experienced. Had it been released under a different name, it would have done better.
Unity, Brotherhood, and Syndicate are top 3 for me. I feel both Unity and Syndicate were the series' climax. Although bugged at launch, they both had great stories, looked beautiful, and made the most of the PS4 generation. Brotherhood simply was Ezio's best.
Everything after Origins are great and amazing games in their own ways. But i feel like origins was the death of what Assassin's Creed was supposed to feel like. The RPG games feel forced and honestly causes too many questions about the story's consistency and realism. The base plot was about going into the past through memories to find missing artifacts. Now, changing the gender and responses (some choices changing the whole game story) of a character we're supposed to be experiencing memories and history (that is supposed to already be set) of feels.....off.
I will probably continue to play AC, as i have invested so much time into the story. But if they continue the RPG formula, the less Assassin's Creed it will feel.
