I'm so stoked for this. Most anticipated game of the fall for me, or at least tied with Bioshock 3.

I came really close on AC2 (95%) before my first ps3 broke.
I have a platinum for Sly 2 however, and am working on Skylanders.

I'm hotly anticipating this, although that's been true since I finished ACII, let alone Brotherhood and Revelations.

I'm very curious to see how this is going to work out.

I did enjoy the demo, but I almost never pay full-price for a game, and one like this doesn't offer enough to get there either. I will pick it up later new to show partial support and because I want it when I'm not knee-deep in games.

I just don't buy from GS. I do buy used online about half the time, and the other half the time I buy new games at reduced prices.

im still greatly hesitating on ever playing Skyrim on the ps3. (which means, at all, as i dont play 360 much.)
I would be pissed as hell if anything happened to my save file in a game as large and long as this.

im currently trying to get copies of 3 and 4. so i'll prolly get to this next year.

First they need to put PS2 on the PS3...the support has been...inconsistent to say the least.

I was hoping naively that it was P5-related.

I own and have beaten every GoW so I hope this true. Each one has its strengths and weaknesses but are unique enough that I always enjoy them.

They're still annoying, especially when they're mandatory and seemingly (as in on the surface for gamers) pointless, as they often are.

I enjoy the AC games but I've yet to get DLC for ACII through ACB or ACR because ~$10 sounds high to me for the amount of content they come with (doesn't sound like much.)

My lack of Move is more an obstacle than a JP PSN, or can you play with a Dualshock3?

Agree with the high marks. One of the few games I've played through multiple times and scoured for every secret (all Riddler stuff)!

I wouldn't mind another LA Noire-esque game. I enjoy murder mysteries like it and Heavy Rain, when done right.

seriously, i was hoping that they'd put MGS4 into the Collection and add trophies. way to not make it re-relevant, Konami.
course, my disc has been lost since last year so MGS4 doesnt matter much to me.

Much better melee, a little lacking in gun fights (they felt short) and the story (especially toward the end) was a little weak, but the set pieces/scenes were amazing. I feel like each U is amazing in its own right, although U1 is probably the weakest from a gameplay perspective.

One of the most engrossing games of the year. I went through the campaign but I still probably have another 10+ hours of exploring to do in single-player just for achievements and side-quests, and I haven't even touched the multiplayer yet.
The Undead Nightmare DLC is also excellent.

Personally, I'd rather have a whole-new game in the vein of GTA, RDR than another sequel. Hopefully that's what this is, since GTA5 is already announced and for story reasons (not gonna spoil) RDR would not likely have a direct sequel.

I liked MoH (2010) decently but the only reason I had it was it came with my 2nd ps3. It was decent through and through but it'll take a lot more to interest me in a sequel. But then again, I'm not a huge consumer of FPS'.

The patch has been out almost as long as the game and lets you install game data (about 4GB), reducing loading time and practically wiping out all other technical issues.

Both games are pretty short (I think one was like 4 hours and the other was maybe 6?) but I enjoyed them and they were much easier than the ones in the first collection, so I'll prolly go through a second time on a harder difficulty. My favorite is still probably GoW3, I guess.

I'm really never surprised when I see stuff like this come out of Japan. It;d be funny if one or two somehow got released outside, like this or Majo Shinpan whatever on DS but of course that's not going to happen. And I'm too lazy to import or create a Japanese account for something like this "for the lols."

If that means the figures each need batteries, I'm gonna be pissed. The portal already eats up batteries fairly quickly.

Expected higher than this. Its frustrating at times sure, but the story compels you to keep playing through a few tough levels. And why would you want to save mid-level? They're not that long (1-5 minutes) and it's timed, so you could be saving at a point where you've screwed yourself out of time or a necessary block. I do agree about the misleading campaign "choices" and the plot twist. I'd probably give it an 8/10, maybe a 7/10 if it wasnt Team Persona.

Shame about the delay and the cuts, but it's always better when the original team gets to make them. It'll be interesting to see how big a difference there winds up being in the movies.

It's always nice to remove a cable from the dozens used when you have multiple game systems, but at the same time, paying for batteries sucks.

Ugh, another year? i hope they release the rumored/half-confirmed ICO/Colossus HD double-pack soon to tide me over.

I plan to get DS2, and especially this version as I once had DS:E but sold it after beating it. HD and trophies sounds delicious. And I'd love to buy a NMH+NMH2+HD for PS3. (I have NMH for Wii and borrowed NMH2)
