@zekepliskin I was thinking of the series as a whole, Well, mostly Invisible War, Human Revolution and Mankind Divided, but I think all 3 of those get 8/10 individually as well.
@GREGORIAN
I've only played CP2077 for about 2 hours and now it's been removed due to being refunded. But in the time I played it I would rate it 4/10 on a scale where the good Mass Effects get 10/10, the good Fallouts get 9/10 and Deus Ex gets 8/10.
The combat, driving and general movement control was good, even despite being sluggish. The game mechanics were good if you ignore glitches. For me it just wasn't the dystopian future world I wanted and that made me not care about any of the characters or missions. I wish when choosing your character you could also shape the politics and atmosphere of the world.
I bought Cyberpunk 2077 after launch when I knew it was flawed. The reasons I did are because, I've wanted it for ages because it looked awesome, I have a PS4 Pro and my friend said it was not that bad on his and ultimately I will have a PS5 once they're in stock anywhere. I was quite happy to wait for it to be fixed. However, today I applied for a refund under Sony's new offer. The reason is, I played the game. There were no glitches, it didn't look awful, it was sluggish but I've played worse. The problem was, I just plain hated it. I didn't like any of the characters, I don't like the environment, I didn't like the gameplay. Usually, I play a game for 10 minutes and I know who I am, who everyone else is and what I'm planning to do. With this, I played for a couple of hours and still had no idea what was going on and I simply didn't care either. I'm glad it's so badly flawed that Sony is issuing refunds because otherwise I would have wasted my money. Shame.
