@CallMeDuraSouka I'll respond by ease of purchase I don't have to order or go a to a store to purchase a game I can be sat on my bum through the whole thing.
Also growing a games collection without the temptation to resell the game after your done.
Also you can have thousands of games and they don't take up the space of a grain of rice.
At the end of the day there's positives and negatives on both sides there isn't a definitive best way to purchase games.
Digital games are obviously more popular considering the data physical collectors of games are now in the minority obviously a lot more people see the value of digital ownership over physical nowadays.

Hopefully new laws will be introduced for digital games purchases with this being set in stone now to protect the consumer more.
More safe guards and ways to access your profile if god forbid something goes wrong.

To be honest you weren't missing out on much compared to space marines 2 the game is extremely dated in controls visuals and general gameplay.

Also I said there's too much negativity around gaming I didn't say anyone here or in particular was being negative.
It is what it is gaming has been moving towards an all digital future for a while the only shock is that Sony not Microsoft have definitive plans to faze them out as it stands.

To be honest it's probably time they closed the PS3 store by now they supported it longer than Microsoft did with the 360 store so no need for doom and gloom celebrate what it was and how long it lasted I think!
To much negativity around gaming these days I say no!
Change the perspective and be positive it's a hobby not to stress about!

Sony are the big dogs in console gaming they don't need to worry about things like backwards compatible because most people will upgrade to ps6 anyways no need for any extra effort for the consumer!

That's my main point the sacking are obviously sad but not matter who's to blame these studios obviously are not profitable as required or successful enough for Microsoft to keep on and if that is the case it's best they do what they are doing.

@Serialsid There games didn't sell millions and obviously they were a failure in Microsofts eye hence why this is happening.
They aren't just sacking them to be evil or because they really value them there's reasons behind it this isn't just happening randomly.

Onana the goalkeeper united bought for loads was terrible it wasn't his fault they bought him he tried his best and he wasn't good enough so they eventually loaned him out and will sell him soon please God should of united just of stuck by him because it was there choice to buy him or cut there losses and get rid of him.
They wanted him paid loads for him and he failed not his choice or fault and now he has to go sad but results matter!

@wildcat_kickz Also you are probably right gamepass might be the dead weight but do you honestly see it going good for Xbox and Microsoft if they killed gamepass you would just get more people leaving the ecosystem not to mention guaranteed payments from people every month just vanished like that.
That would be suicide by Xbox if they did that now too far down the rabbit hole is that one.

Companies do like to make a profit so so studios making so so games in this industry nowadays won't last.
Sony where perfectly right to cut Bungie aswell failure isn't going to be rewarded in gaming anymore and it shouldn't be.

Obviously Microsoft made a major mistake these studios and the games they made where all so so not real success.
Microsoft got it wrong we all know it now they do so why continue making the same mistake?
Ultimately if Xbox fails these studios will eventually go under regardless.
Also just because you do your best and try really hard doesn't mean you get to continue if the results aren't good enough if that was the case I'd be playing professional football hahaha 😂

Why keep funding studios that don't give you a profit just a loss!
It's sad people losing there jobs but that's what happens in most other jobs out there if you under perform you lose the job!

If you take years to get games out and when they do drop they don't make a profit for your parent company this is what happens!

In every other form of work if you do a bad job you get let go it's just common sense!
Why should the gaming industry continue to support bad results and bad work?

@Number09 Yeah I'd say you are exactly right console might just have one gen left in them look how crazy the prices have gone lately and it will probably get worse console are becoming to expensive also for what you are paying for the jump isn't big enough anymore eventually streaming will just become more practical than dropping a grand on a console for more or less the same results

30 fps works for me tbh some games you even get the option for 60fps I use 30fps if the resolution gets too low in that mode.
I'm never going to play a game rendering at 720p resolution on this gen of console that's PS3 and 360 resolutions for 60fps it's not worth it in most cases!

@Number09 Why would you need a portable playstation to connect to your tv to play surely you can just use you regular playstation for that??
The main point of it in the first place is to be portable he literally says user experiences away from the living room seems a waste to just use it as a regular playstation.

A lot of people forget aswell it's a service you actually have to pay for it's not a free perk on Xbox it's fairly expensive now for the top tier.

Playstation has 3 times the user base and without gamepass playstation users definitely buy more games it's not news.
