Remember when the first Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine game got a remastered 'Master Crafted Edition' last year, but it was exclusive to Xbox and PC for some reason?
Well, here we are over a year later and it looks like the revival is finally coming to PS5. The same Master Crafted Edition has now been given an ESRB age rating for PS5 and Nintendo Switch 2.
An official announcement is likely imminent, and I wouldn't be surprised if its release is just around the corner.
It'll be nice to have the original Space Marine on PS5 alongside its bombastic sequel, but it is worth mentioning that this remaster has received mixed reviews up until now — from both critics and players.
The general consensus is that it's a very bare-bones re-release; a seemingly cheap and easy cash-in on the success of Space Marine 2. It's still a fun action-shooter, mind, and it's swamped in those PS3-era vibes.
