I'm currently holding on unsealing the Remastered Collection. If they want to Kiwami everything it's OK, but do it fast, nobody expected a Kiwami 3 at this point. I hope it's not several years between entries.
I'd really like to know if there are any plans for a kiwamization of 4&5, so I can sell my Remastered Collection, which includes part 3 too.
Also, still waiting for news about actual graphics enhancements on 0, 1 & 2 in order to do the same and sell them to jump into PS5 versions or otherwise keep them as they are, given that the upgrade is for digital owners only.
They should say it for what it is: region-locking the console doesn't make it cheaper in itself, it's just a weird way to implement a price drop while disencouraging us foreign vultures.
I'm curious about visual and performance enhancements. If there aren't any, I'll stick to Kiwami 1 & 2 for PS4, which I own in steelbook editions. If there are, or even better, new content, then those editions will sell well enough to pay for the new ones.
Kiwami 3, on the other hand, does have new content. The problem, after a 8+ year period since the last remake (Kiwami 2), is: how likely Kiwami 4 and 5 (and 6) are? And when would they be released? Because I have the PS4 collection of 3, 4 and 5 still sealed, but if Kiwami 4 is going to be released in 10 years then I'll play 4 and 5 in PS4 version. I hope all this is clarified soon so we can know what to expect.
I hope this can be bought after that, because I definitely want it, but not if I have to pay full price for the main game instead of getting it in a sale down the line.
I get the disappointment with the partial DLC content, but I can't agree with the physical release being pointless because of that.
If this had released day one like the digital version we would've had the added content as a DLC, so what we're getting here is what should have been released in the first place: a disc/card with an incomplete game. Making it physical one year later is the pointless thing here.
Having said that, it will be great having Sonic Origins Plus on physical, really late, but at least we'll have it. In fact, it was predictable because they did the same with Sonic Mania.
About Game Gear games, they did announce those would be the versions months ago. And they're the main appeal to me, because some of those games are too expensive nowadays. The Mega Drive games we all have them everywhere else.
Of course, this is my personal opinion, trying to see the silver lining here, but I can see Sega doing things wrong, of course.

Re: You're Going to Want Marvel Cosmic Invasion's Physical PS5 Release
If only it included a CD soundtrack...
I wouldn't call it a deluxe edition. Maybe special. But anyway, of course we want physical editions. Of everything.

"By including its first-party games in a subscription, experts argue it’s impacting full-price sales."
Nobody saw that coming

I hope this time it releases physically since the beginning. The way retro collections should always be.
