As a Steam Deck owner, my eyes have really been opened to the number of AAA and indie titles available, in addition to having better sales than the PSN since Steam has competitors on PC. We all already know that physical discs keep digital storefronts competitive. I do not trust Sony's pricing strategy if a competitor is no longer present.

Got this on base PS5 and was incredibly disappointed with the image quality. Eternal looked miles better. Traded it in without beating it.

Capcom clearly doesn't have the reverence for this series the way the gaming community does. 7 years without a new entry is absurd.

Not sure this slight delay will have the desired outcome. Either pull it forward to July/August or push to 2027.

This is one of those instances when a demo convinces me to NOT get a game. Graphically and mechanically, this demo was not up to par. I wonder how old this build is? Very underwhelmed with this, and in comparison to what Capcom has unleashed thus far in '26, it might end up being their weakest release.

@SoonForget They absolutely will. Sept-Oct will be a bloodbath. We're going to see studio closures, and many of these games will not get a sequel.

This is pure comedy!

For me, it was definitely Xbox. I more excited about to play Magicians, Halo, Forza Horizon 6, and eventually Fable than I am to play Wolverine and GOW:L and anything else PS showed. SGF was fantastic, though I think FFVII: Rev didn't show particularly well but I'm nonetheless excited about it.

This is the lowest score I've seen for this game. I was interested but was never frothing at the mouth for it. Now that I know it's a souls-like, I can quietly remove this from my wishlist.

@KoopaTheGamer I felt like this regarding Silksong haha. Every direct was like "Is this Team Cherry's moment?? Is Silksong here?!" It was exhausting

Oof. There are 2 things critically impacting Saros' sales: STIFF competition and people being burned by Returnal. I was one of those people who just couldn't 'get gud' at Returnal and it frustrated me to no end. I decided to get Saros anyway, and I'm glad I did. Unfortunately for Sony, I think people like me are outliers; getting burned by the difficulty of a studio's game and still purchasing the studio's next game that is in a similar vein.

I missed GoY last fall, hopefully it gets a nice discount

@BusyOlf I was one of those people lol. Brosnan was always *my Bond. Fast forward to the end of Craig's tenure, and I don't want to see anybody else play Bond but him. Humans are a funny lot. This is a day one purchase.

@themightyant Very true. I think we(I?) sometimes forget how small of a group people like us are in a company's grand plan.

Looking at that list of games, it's clear that I'm not the target audience and haven't been for a while now. Sony "prestige titles" is what I've always been here for, as well as the best 3rd party support. This list is exactly why Sony went so hard after live service. They don't own any of these games.
