If you have PS+ fear not, in worst case you'll have to download all your games again, but your progress is safe.The big problem is when you have multiple users (with their own saves), cloud save works only for the main user (with PS+ access). I did Data Transfer for all users (three in my case), but no save were transfered except for the main user. And unlike PS3 and 4 you can't copy save data to USB drive, so unless all users have PS+ you'll most likely lose secondary accounts progress. Or at least in my experience Data Transfer didn't work for all users.
