I chose the every 3 months option. I am at a point where I feel like there just isn't much coming out that is catching my interest. I also have been gaming for a solid 20 years or so, so my catalogue has grown far more than I have meant it to.
I could probably not buy another game again for the rest of my life, and I still wouldn't even put a dent into what I have currently. The deep sales can be very dangerous if you aren't careful....
That being said, there are a few games like Mafia: The Old Country, The Outer Worlds 2 and Ghost of Yotei that I am hoping to add to my collection before the end of the year.
I am finishing up Atomfall. I have finished 4 of the 6 different endings. It has been an enjoyable game to play. It has been nice to just wander around the beautiful scenery and have the option to engage in combat or just walk away.
I am a fan of both formats. I have quite the large backlog of digital games, due to the numerous sales over the years.
Over the holidays, I took stock of my digital library, and made the decision to buy physical copies of the games that I would like to own, should the day ever come that Sony shuts down access to our digital libraries.
I understand that if that ever were to happen, it would be a ways down the road, but now it is something that I don't have to worry about.
And in the meantime, I can focus on playing through my digital library.
I felt it a bit strange that they added NHL 24 after the season was already over. Unless you are a hardcore fan that is interested in updating rosters over the off season, it would make more sense just to wait a few months until the next game is released.
I have been working my way through My Time at Portia for the last month or so. Decided to take a break and play something a bit more chill, and this definitely is relaxing. I find that I can lose a few hours at a time into it without realizing it.
As someone who still has yet to play the game, I appreciate the effort made by the company to still provide support for a game that was released over 2 years ago.

Just started playing Tunic last night. Maybe only for about 30 minutes, but great so far.

I just finished up my 100% playthrough of Journey to the Savage Planet. Now time to start working my way through the 'Hot Garbage' DLC.

Just starting Journey to the Savage Planet. So far so good.
Re: Bruce Straley Wasn't Credited in HBO's The Last of Us, Calls for Unionization
He left the studio in 2017. He would, presumably, have received credit for the projects that he actually worked on.
I understand that the show has been in the works for a while, but unless he provided anything towards it, he shouldnt receive credit.
Re: Days Gone Director Blames Woke Reviewers, Programmers for Critical Reception
Another reason why I don't really pay attention to review scores in general.
I thoroughly enjoyed Days Gone, and didn't experience any issues while playing.
Some of the best experiences I have had gaming have been with games that have generally scored lower, so reviews don't matter much to me anyhow.
