Re: Sony's Dropping PlayStation Now on All Devices Apart from PS4, PC

Streaming will never ever be as good as playing on the real thing, that is PS3. You will always have some annoying lags, disconnects etc. Ant with last gen consoles and their games prices being as low as they are now that monthly PSNow subsciption is nowhere near as appealing as they have thought it will be. Also I never liked the idea of "borrowed" digital games, I like to own them and play them even when PSN will be long gone

Re: PS4 Pro's Boost Mode Is Proving to Be Quite the Beast

Great News! That Boost mode should have been there since Pros launch day. I wish they would also release a PS3 Pro I know I know its oldgen and probably impractical... but still that old gen console would benefit even more from upgraded hardware. I would buy one for sure

Re: Feature: 10 Games We Wish Would Be Patched for PS4 Pro

Thinking is it that hard to patch unlocked framerate after all? I am no programmer myself, but from my point of view that should take no more than 1 hour at best. Maybe I am wrong. 4K resolution bump and shader enchantments I guess are more complex. High framerate mode on most games would do wonders to Pro's percepted purpose, status and sales.

I am not surprised at all, too close to PS Pro release. First there were longtime rumors, now there's the officially announced Pro, so:
a) majority of users are holding their breath to see if Pro is worth extra money, rather than making any rushed monetary decisions on the eve of release. After release they will either upgrade to Pro, Slim or will not upgrade at all.
b) part users already sold their units before the price dropped severely. This flooded the used console market. New potential users bought those secondhand units instead of new.
