I'm sorry to say this because I'm not a PC master race type but hasn't this type of thing been around for 20+ years for pc? I know consoles don't but realistically there isn't really a reason as to why they didn't have these options before. It wouldn't be that hard to have the option to limit visuals to be able to get higher fps right?
