@PercyChuggs Own nothing and be happy chuggsy your exactly want the new world order wants, Ill keep my collection and play even when they cut you off.

@PercyChuggs I didnt buy for boxes, I bought for the cart or disc, same reason I don't games on switch 2 that are game keys. I buy to OWN the game not rent.

Same reason ive chosen not to purchase any of the other games you have mentioned. Have I missed out.. NO I've played most of the greatest release in the last 35 years on Nintendo, Sega, PlayStation, Xbox and PC platforms(when you could buy discs) and still can play my extensive library when I choose.

You probably have more downloads that you have never played compared to my collection. I still play Streets of rage on my Mega drive and Batman returns on the SNES to name a small sample

At this point these games should say 'Digital rent only for an undisclosed period of time'

Looks like a great game, shame it doesn't fit with my philosophy. I have heard its digital only so NO DISC NO BUY

@TheSingularity Your missing the point I had question was there nothing Sony could do to the base PS5 everyone was saying impossible... but it clearly is not

A few months ago people on here said to me that it was impossible to update this function to improve the base PS5... Clearly they were wrong

Clearly Sony rep has been has been hurt by the black out. First asking devs, then sending out 'vouchers' for digital purchase, now feed back please, this has hurt more than they want to recognise and the fan boys want to admit. Mines been off line and not actually played for 6 weeks now. Just been playing physical switch 2 games

@Stocksy All the games you stated are better than wolverine. I have enjoyed playing wolverine reminds me of a slight less fun version of the 3D castlevania games. Mad Max is so underrated

Games to RENT

@FooshNickies haha great I'm building my Empire one downloader at a time haha

@FooshNickies Glad you said that, you can move in to a 7" x 4" x 4" box like those little Japanese hotel rooms and own nothing and be happy just to fulfill agenda 2030, Ill quite happily buy your land/properties at pence on the pound

Mine has been unplugged indefinitely anyway no way of playing unless I want to spend less time with the family, so its been bricked for a while as even with portal and fiber broadband its still to temperamental when others members of the family are streaming something. Shame I was enjoying 007 when the wife went to her parents villa at beginning of the summer hols with the kids.

@DartLOD Why? Most people have other ways of playing games. I haven't even turned on my PS5 for a few months with a family its difficult to hog the TV. I use a the portal occasionally but even with fiber broadband it can be temperamental when other people in the house are streaming. Been using my switch 2 so mines now turned off

@UltimateOtaku91 I do care that why I don't buy digital

@AdamNovice Clearly talks about Nintendo being the most aggressive in the terms, read the article

@hypnotoad elegantly put, move with the times and at 46 in 2028 ill play my ps5 till it dies and move on to helix if it has steam or back to PC gaming over 30 year with PlayStation on and off with no reason to continue.

@twitchtvpat A small minority probably did thats because they stayed hidden inside like obedient puppies and needed something to fill the hours

@Imaculado_Lord 99 percent of the public probably don't even play PlayStation a small minority in reality. Its definitely my last PlayStation generation

@Kakun I had a ps1, then moved to xbox then 360 and x box one, I bought a ps4 very late in the cycle and picked up a ps5 in the first few months. I have no problem going back to xbox if they sort the store front, exclusive games that I want to play and steam is available as well. Sony has trashed their reason for playing, great single player adventures. If fable wasn't on ps5 I think I would pick up an X

@JustBusiness So the data centre doesn't?

@BloodyBlact If people don't want to buy because of the push for digital good for them. As for the future the data centres alone are causing more destruction to the bioshpere than a little plastic disc. look at the dried up rivers around the world look at the massive energy costs. 'The man made climate' nonsense only matters when your the culprit

@Balaam_ Thanks for the clarification. I felt lucky to get a PS5 in the first release month and still love playing it, but I don't think I'll be jumping in the wagon so quickly with PS6. I hope once crimson desert is shown running on the base PS5 I won't be to disappoint with how it runs and looks.

As a original ps5 owner, with no intention of ever buying a pro, has it been forgotten about? Is there nothing Sony can do to improve the standard ps5 performance? Or would that just piss off pro buyers? Not trying to antagonise just would like to know why these types of updates are only for the pro. Why cant Sony put some time and effort in to improving the standard PS5 quality and help the majority of owners.

@Titntin he's got this right anyway

@dodgykebaab So to protect your view of your sunset youth all people need to to be subject to this intrusive legislation, Orwell warned us of this. The needs of the few will out way the needs of the many

@Jrs1 When you buy the movie you can watch it when ever you like for life, just like when i buy a game I expect to play it when ever I like for life

@Juanalf just like ps1 ps2 ps3 ps4 ps5 then, just uprgrades

Mines still not working

@Slug_full_of_metal G4 only way to fly

@Titntin No i don't read most of the articles, i have no interest in Pro articles as I play on a portal. I have no interest in developers telling me about there views on game lengths. No interest in price drops on tech i already own. No interest in whos been cast in a tv show. Just interested in new games not rehashed visuals on old games. I gave my opinion and its just as valid as yours, enjoy your evening

@Titntin there are hardly any other articles though. No balance, just PRO old games.

@Dodoo The site is a PS5 site is it not? There has been nothing else put PRO, no new game news really, just better looking old games most people have played to death

No need for the pro in my house. We have a lg g4 65 in the lounge the wife and kids tend to watch movies on that 24/7. Portal for me and I guess pro would be pretty redundant while using that to game on

@dark_knightmare2 He wrote his opinion, just like you. There would literally be nothing to read on this site if you skipped all the PS5 pro sycophancy articles

@CrashBandicoat Yeah let's all stay in our house while we are at it, eat crickets and download games from massive mainframes that use a continents worth or power. I'll stick with carts, discs and steaks thanks
