Didn't read the original article, but from what I understood from Gematsu's article, only Nioh 3 was confirmed not to be currently in development, and that we should expect news related to the NG series and / or Ryu Hayabusa soon.
PS: NG3 RE is easily overlooked due to the vanilla version. It's my favourite in the modern series.
Shadow Hearts series
Muramasa ReBirth
P4 Golden
3D Dot Games Heroes
The entire PS1 / PS2 classics catalog from PS3 (Suikoden, Square's PS1 games, Arc the Lad, Fatal Frame, Contra .... Etc etc)
Remakes:
Ridge Racer Revolution or R4
Dragon Quest 7 or 8
PS2's God of War 2
God Hand
And maybe Twisted Matal 2
@MightyDemon82 Only Episode Ardyn is not included (as the article says), since it came out aftet the Royal Edition's release. There were more episodes planned afterwards but they got cancelled.
I'm on the same boat. Played the game around the time the Pro came out, and plan to play it again with all the additional stuff, but I would rather wait for a full next gen upgrade that is at least on par with the PC version's visuals (I'm aware that it will run at 60fps / 1080p in its current state, but I want the improved textures and the resolution bump from the PC version)
All the time. I will probably hold it off for a while to see if any games would receive a PS5 patch / version, then start with it, as I have a large number of unplayed PS4 games, both physical and digital, plus, I tend to re-play games all the time (across all generations). I also plan to get rid off of my PS4.
@Veturius My guess ia that Sony didn't have the time to thoroughly test all the games, and may have left it to publisher / players to test & discover any unexpected behaviour during actual play (hence the warning to test the games before purchasing their DLC)
ND is probably confirming that their games were tested and work with no issues on PS5.
Personally, full backward compatibility for PS4 games (with or without enhancements) is top priority. They should focus on that first IMO. I'm aware that they said "most" PS4 games will be playable on PS5, but I have concerns about the timing of their availability, and the possibility of missing some obscure, yet good games, due to the publisher dis-interest or inability to patch their games (example: if the game was developed by an external studio).
As for enhancements, I believe it's fair to keep it up to publishers. I'm all for enhancing past games, whether it's a free patch for the existing version we already bought, or a remaster that need to be re-purchased, as long as the version we previously bought remains accessible on the new console.
Finally, I would like Sony to take notes from Steam / XBox on how to handle BC moving forward (assuming we are getting any more consoles lol). Not only in terms of availability or enhancements, but also in terms of technical design, and how to encorporate BC in licensing games for publishers. I believe one of the major reasons why the PS1 / PS2 classics we purchased on PS3 were not made available on PS4, was that Sony had to re-negotiate the terms with all the publishers (which MS did over their XB1 BC program). I just hope Sony start looking into a root solution for this matter.

Re: Dragon Quest XI S Is Indeed 60FPS on PS4 Pro
Not a graphics expert, but these are the differences I noticed playing both versions on PS4 Pro on a 60" 4K TV:
Otherwise they looked the same to me polygons / textures wise.

Re: These Are the PS4 Games That Won't Play on PS5
Aside from Shadow Complex, I'm not interested in any of the games listed. So that's a relief for me.
Re: The Order 1886 Dev Ready At Dawn Bought by Facebook
NOOOOO! I really wanted a sequel
