@sanderson72 No it's not coming to PS4, it's PS5, Xbox Series and PC only. Considering even the new consoles can't maintain 60fps in this game I absolutely dread to think how bad it would be on last gen
@Robocod I have the GTA Trilogy Definitive Edition and yes, the patches did fix those games. I've already completed GTA 3 and Vice City with no issues. Currently playing through GTA San Andreas and that also has zero issues.
Digital Foundry's analysis of Gotham Knights was pretty damning, they compared it to Arkham Knight and the older game beats it in almost evey department. I'm not even talking performance or story here, I'm talking visually. Arkham Knight has a denser Gotham with a lot more going on, it's got a lot more effects going on like the rain, the water is better and the smoke effects are better.
It seems to me that Rocksteady managed to squeeze every last inch of performance out of the last gen hardware and made a game that 7 years on is still superior to Gotham Knights.
Warner Bros Montreal on the other hand just went "That'll do" and called it a day. I won't be buying this. Only worth playing if it turns up on PS Plus.
@DorkyDeviant It makes complete sense actually, as this game was never designed with an english dub in mind. That's only been the case since Judgment and Like A Dragon/Yakuza 7.
This game would be very difficult to dub in English and get the nuances of the conversation right, seeing as the form of Japanese that was used during the time period that Ishin was set in was quite different to modern Japanese.
Also Kiryu with a English dub just sounds horrific.
@Athrum It's prettyt easy to wrap your head around actually, the original director of RGG left. He was the only one who wanted to end Kiryus story. The new director of RGG wants his story to continue.
@Adaminoregon I mean he's a fictional character, just look at Batman, the dude should be what, in his 80s? Also these extremely fit martial art dudes don't age like the rest of us do, just look at someone like Donnie Yen. Still kicking butt in IP Man 4 at the age of 58.
@Thrillho They were never going to kill him off, because the whole point of him surviving from a lore perspective was to show how powerful he's become over the last 7 games. He's taken way more punishment than he did in 6 as well. From a writing standpoint I suspect RGG Studio didn't want to kill him off only to then have the fans not like Ichiban as much and the the sales tank as a consequence, so they kept him alive as insurance.
As for Kiryu coming back that's probably because we've got new people in charge at RGG, I forget the name of the original director (I'd have to look it up), but he wanted to change the protagonist because he'd got tired of having the same protagonist in every game. However because he's now left to form his own studio, the new director of RGG Studio doesn't share that view and immediately reinstated Kiryu to the main story. I suspect he's a massive Kiryu fan as he looks a fair bit younger than the original director.
@Suda51ueda A game is not food, it's not even remotely the same thing.
I'm happy with my PS4 Remaster, I'm not wasting my money on a game that's got exactly the same gameplay just with prettier visuals for £70. If it was £30 I'd consider it.
@Agramonte It's neither of those, the clue is in the Ghostbusters logo, which is wearing a Quest 2 headset. Meta paid for the development of this game, it's a Quest 2 exclusive.
I'm just sitting here laughing at how many of you think a rumour started by Jeff Grubb is actually going to happen. The man has been wrong so many times.
@Monkeyofthefunk No way you paid £299 for a 4k 144hz monitor. That's the price bracket for budget 4k monitors that can only do 60hz. Please provide evidence of your purchase or stop misleading people.
ACIII was one of the first games I picked up when I made the move from console to gaming PC's (though I did pick up a Playstation 4 in 2017), and I remember intially being skeptical it could be better than ACII or Brotherhood but I was also tired of playing Ezio after Revelations. Looking back it's not quite as good as ACII or Brotherhood but it's better than Revelations and also AC: Black Flag imo. Black Flag is a great game as long as you play as a pirate, as an Assassin Edward sucked balls. Connor on the other hand was possibly the most brutal and angry Assassin of them all. Not my favourite AC game by any means (that would probably be AC: Brotherhood) by far from the worst imo. I'll probably plough through it after I finish Odyssey (got Odyssey Ultimate Edition during a sale so ACIII Remastered is a nice bonus). Welcome back Connor.
AMD's Gpus are crap compared to Nvidia anyway, if Microsoft can get Nvidia to make their next console it will blow the PS5 out of the park. Not an Xbox owner (PS4 owner) but I do have an PC that originally had an AMD gpu that I upgraded to an Nvidia gpu and the performance in games is superior.

Re: Poll: Are You Okay with Kiryu Being a Main Character Again in the New Like a Dragon Games?
@CastelloGG If I were to guess, Kiryu will have Majima, Saejima and Akiyama in his crew. Op? Yes. Fun? Also yes.

Re: Poll: Did You Buy The Last of Us: Part I?
@RobN Nope, no one is upset at Sony for pulling a Skyrim. See you next gen for The Last of Us Super Enhanced Jiggle Edition on PS6.
Re: Poll: Did You Buy The Last of Us: Part I?
@Suda51ueda Does that include Way of the Warrior and Keef the Thief?

Re: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge (PS4) - Brilliant Beat-'Em-Up Is Best in Co-Op
@Shinnok789 There is a way to play it on mobile which is via cloud gaming on Game Pass. I've tried it that way and it plays perfectly.
Re: Sony Pictures Announces Ghostbusters VR, But No Word on PSVR2
@Jam78 There won't be a non VR version, the game is a Quest 2 exclusive.

@TheCollector316 No it's 60fps and has been since 2018 on Xbox.
Re: The Crew 2 Is Getting 60fps Support on PS5, Five Years After Release
@awp69 Incorrect. The Crew 2 has been 4k and 60fps since 2018 when it got the Xbox One X Enhanced treatment.
