I was a huge Playstation fan since the PS1. Bought multiple consoles throughout every generation. But then their customer support treated me like trash. So I vowed not to spend another cent on Playstation. Its actually kinda sad to be treated like that after 30 years of exclusively gaming with Playstation. Almost like losing a lifelong friend because they stopped caring about you. I might even come back if they actually apologized. But I don't see that happening. I was upset enough that I switched to pc gaming and got a 5090. All that $ could have been Playstation's if their support acted like professionals. I actually still want to like Playstation so I hope they realize their outsourced CS is driving away customers. I bought between 100 and 200 games for ps4. I only got 1 for PS5 before they ran me away. I hope you guys have better luck with Playstation. But i also hope you will walk away if they do you dirty. We deserve better. Maybe i can check out Black Flag on my 5090, if they release it on pc
