This is the one we’ve all been waiting for, then: Ingrid is coming to Street Fighter 6 on 28th May, and here’s your very first taste of her barmy, galaxy hopping gameplay.
In terms of her kit, she’s got a similar, almost balletic-style to newcomer Manon, as she bops around the stage, dancing out of the way of danger.
But she can do much more than that, like summon orbs which bounce around the screen and fire laser beams from her bonce.

It also looks like she has plenty of tools to deal with projectiles, which should make her a fun match for shoto characters.
You can read a big blog post breaking down all her moves through here. She even inexplicably references the “6 7” craze, which is peak Capcom writing when it’s not making its characters impregnate their sisters.
By the way, if you’re not a fan of her Katamari-esque headpiece then her original outfit from Capcom Fighting Evolution and Street Fighter Alpha 3 Max will be included here. As usual, you’ll need to unlock that by completing her quests in World Tour mode.
Ingrid will now round out Season 3’s content offering, following Sagat, C. Viper, and Alex. That means we should learn about Season 4 fairly soon, with one reliable rumourmonger attaching Final Fantasy 7’s Tifa to the roster.
